Super vivid lavender over Madagascar vanilla, an exquisite combo with crystalline edges and semi-gourmand milky notes. An exceptional jewel. If you like the lavender-vanilla duo, don’t miss this pure potency.
My story with this perfume is curious. I suffer from anxiety and stress, and one day an esoteric friend secretly applied a fragrance to my wrists. He told me to smell it whenever I felt overwhelmed. Soon I couldn’t stop smelling my wrists; it was a cosy, relaxing, and intoxicating scent, like a hug. The next day I asked what it was, and he showed me this Lancôme. It is now essential. He told me lavender is used in witchcraft rituals for its mystical touch. It’s a basic in any magical garden for spells of love, power, or studies. They say perfuming clothes with lavender attracts love. In short, 10/10.
I have a strange story with this perfume. I suffer from anxiety and stress, and one day an esoteric friend who loves perfumes secretly applied some to my wrists. He told me to wear it all day whenever I felt overwhelmed. I thanked him but didn’t pay attention at first. A while later, I kept smelling my wrists constantly. What was that scent? To my nose, it was wonderful, cosy, relaxing, and intoxicating, like a hug. The next day, I asked what this elixir was that fascinated me so much, and he showed me this Lancôme fragrance. It is now an essential in my collection. As a curious fact, he mentioned that lavender is used heavily in witchcraft rituals and esotericism (perhaps that’s why it has that sensual or mystical touch, or is it the vanilla?). Lavender is a plant that shouldn’t be missing from any witch’s, warlock’s, or mage’s garden. It’s key for potions and spells of all kinds: spiritual power, overcoming addictions, love, communication, intelligence, magical abilities, studies, travel… a basic staple. They say if you perfume your clothes with lavender, you attract love <3. In short, this cologne is 10/10.
Lavender in a sweet sea, extremely long-lasting and pleasant. Its scent wraps around you, relaxes you, and is very comforting. Perfect for an afternoon of reading, a quiet walk in the countryside at sunset, or a yoga session. In the opening, the lavender stands out more, and as it dries down, the sugary vanilla gains ground. It has a notable trail and a longevity of about 10 hours on my skin. It seems to me to be a very particular scent that we don’t usually find in other fragrances, and for that reason, it’s a basic in any collection. Scent 8.5/10, Longevity 8.5/10, Trail 8/10, Value for money 7/10, Versatility 7/10, Packaging 8/10. Would I buy it again? I’m considering it.

Exquisite scent of lavender, burnt milk and brown sugar, suddenly smelling of coffee with milk and condensed milk. Very rich perfume with excellent longevity, more than 12 HOURS. For gourmand lovers it’s a resounding yes. Looks perfect in cold climates, very rich, I recommend it
Aromatherapy and elegance: Maison Lancôme never ceases to surprise me. This time with creamy, vanillaised lavender. It is possible to perceive all the described notes in a well-balanced way. The scent is very natural and of high quality. Suitable for morning walks, strolls, or afternoons of reading, it is an enveloping and cosy scent. It has moderate projection and very good longevity on skin; I’d say about 10 hours approximately. Totally recommended. I appreciate that it doesn’t smell like floor cleaner or soap, which is where recreations of lavender usually fail.

I’m surprised and deeply in love with the aroma. It makes me think of a cup of warm milk with vanilla and sugar, in a garden full of lavender. A very fine, subtle, sweet floral scent with a unisex touch. What a pity they discontinued it
Finally! After searching all over the web, I managed to get this discontinued jewel. Another success with milk and lavender for my collection. What an interesting perfume: the opening of Lavandes Trianon is an ultra-realistic lavender; it smells exactly like cutting a bush, with flower, stem, and green leaves. It’s very aromatic, like essential oil, but without that camphoraceous touch they usually have. It seems more green to me. The vanilla and sugary milk are immediately noticeable; my mother said it smelled like vanilla extract and she was right. All the notes are very realistic. When the perfume dries down, the magic appears: it starts to talc up, the vanilla mixes with the heat of your skin, and the gourmand accord becomes present. As recommended, I went to sleep wearing it, and when I woke up, it smelled like a box of cookies, something like powdered milk. The mental image was a half-bitten cookie, a glass of warm milk, and a lavender bush on the windowsill, filling the room. The trail and longevity are phenomenal. My sister used it with me, and every time she moved, the scent filled the room. Sleeping with this fragrance is wonderful because it lasts until morning. Be careful: on hot days it can become cloying. I recommend it for cold days or nights when you want to smell comforting. Now I have an almost exact dupe at a crazy price: Lavender Milk by Sugar Milk Co, an American indie brand. This oil dries down more musky, but it’s practically the same. I have both and enjoy them equally.
Finally! After scouring the entire internet, I managed to get one of these discontinued beauties. Another milk and lavender perfume for my collection. And what an interesting one. As many said, the exit of L’Absolu Lavande Trianon is an ultra-realistic lavender. It smells identical to when you cut a bush, with flower, stem and green leaves. It’s very aromatic, similar to essential oil but without that camphorated touch. I find it more green. The vanilla and sugared milk are felt immediately; my mother said it smelled like vanilla extract and she was right. All the notes are very realistic. When it dries, the magic appears: the perfume powders, the vanilla mixes with the heat of your skin and the gourmand accord becomes present. As recommended, I went to sleep wearing it and woke up smelling like a box of biscuits, something like milk powder. The image that came to me was a half-bitten biscuit, a glass of warm milk and a lavender bush in the window. The trail and longevity are phenomenal. My sister wore it with me and every time she moved, she filled the room. Sleeping with this fragrance is wonderful because it lasts until morning. That said: on hot days it becomes cloying. I recommend it for cold days or nights when you want to smell comforting. Now I have a dupe almost exact at a fraction of the price: Lavender Milk by Sugar Milk Co, an American indie brand. This one in oil has a more musky dry-down, but it’s practically the same. I have both and enjoy them equally
It’s number 12 in my La Maison Lancôme collection, what joy to find it after so much searching! (And to get it at a reasonable price, I think less than the original cost). Creamy, powdery, fine and elegant lavander. Yes, it has an air of Mon Guerlain but don’t be fooled: here you can feel the magic of quality ingredients. Off to Oud Bouquet and Parfait de Roses…!!
Still looking for it, please, if anyone can help, get in touch with me, thanks
L’Absolu Lavande Trianon by Lancôme is a proper gentleman’s perfume 👏🏻 Its aroma wraps you up, relaxes and comforts. Ideal for an afternoon of reading, a quiet country walk, or dusk by the harbour. At first, the lavender stands out, then the sugared vanilla takes centre stage in a creamy embrace thanks to the milk. For me, it’s a must-have in any gourmand lover’s collection. An exquisite aroma where you can feel the quality of every note; I declare myself a fan of Lancôme, both their commercial perfumes and the private line. Its performance on my skin is a 10/10
It leaves me speechless; it’s a gift with the label written in bold letters. Smells distinguished, relaxing, with lavender and a fine, exquisite vanilla. The lavender has the essence but lacks that typical rusticity. It’s beautiful and I’m so fascinated by it that it could be my signature scent, but what a shame they discontinued it; I think I’ll be crying, sniff!
What a refined perfume, elegant yet incredibly versatile
