I bought it blindly at a local perfumer with limited stock; the owner told me it was similar to Montale’s Roses Musk, but by the time I went to pick it up, it had already been sold. I looked it up online and, as a risk-taker, I bought it without testing. It didn’t disappoint: the resemblance to Roses Musk is astonishing, although to me it smells more like Montale’s Starry Night. It’s a fresh rose with woods, sophisticated, and even a man could wear it. The trail is about two metres and it lasts eight hours (I have dry skin). Compared to the golden L’Aventure Femme, it’s not as loud at first, but it’s very pretty, exotic, and worth every penny.
A soft and creamy rose, nothing strident. It’s not a ‘wow’ for me. I’d use it in spring. It’s rich and elegant, but it lacks the typical ‘power’ of Arabic fragrances (personal opinion). I think it works better from 17 degrees onwards. Recommended: yes, certainly. Price: it’s not cheap in my country.
A super creamy rose. In my country (CR) there’s a rose cream that smells exactly the same. To me, it lacks body; the scent doesn’t evolve, and I don’t detect any musk or notes other than that creamy rose. Very basic aroma, with poor longevity and trail.
It’s the fifth Arabic scent I’ve tried and it definitely isn’t for me. I only detect amber and musk that make my stomach churn. In general, I haven’t liked any of these Arabic perfumes; if it has anything resembling Roses Musk, that musk is excessive.
Smells almost identical to Montale’s Roses Musk, with an extra touch of Intense Café. The longevity and projection are brutal. It’s an ADN I absolutely love, and being an Arabic fragrance, it’s a total bargain.
