  • I like the EDT more than the EDP, which I find too masculine. This EDT smells like a watery mix of spices I can’t identify, I think it’s a wild and dry lavender put in an old wooden box. I have a sample and will keep testing.

  • Lolitalola

A white floral with lavender, tremendously elegant and feminine, Mon Guerlain style. Very airy, with balanced fruits and flowers that make you feel in a fresh spring cloud. I loved it for daily use and was amazed by its fixation on skin and clothes, even until the next day. It fixed better than the EDP. Beautiful and sober bottle, a perfect gift that won’t offend anyone. Moving to my collection for this spring.

  • Cristilabas

At first I noticed a lot of the citrus and lavender touch, but after 15 minutes they were gone and only pure orange blossom remained. For me it’s not novel or youthful, it’s a scent many perfumes carry. I’d put it on a woman from the age of 60.

  • I have the EDP and tried this EDT with a sample. It smells very similar but lighter and more feminine (the EDP is unisex for me, this perhaps less so). The opening is super fresh with that clean citrus lavender, and as it dries down the white flowers, orange blossom and vanilla dominate, without being gourmand. It doesn’t remind me of Mon Guerlain. It has worse performance than the EDP (which is a beast), but it’s good for an EDT (>6h). I see it as ideal for those who want the Libre DNA but less powerful for the day, or for spring/summer. It’s not distinct enough to own both. I liked it, but I wouldn’t buy it.

  • Very similar to the original EDP, but on me it’s less acidic and with less lavender, very light and wearable. What stands out most is the orange blossom. It has moderate sillage and lasts about 4-5 hours. Personally I’ll stick with the EDP Intense, which has a fantastic sweet spot and better longevity. Scent 6/10, longevity 4.5/10, sillage 6.5/10, value for money 5/10, versatility 8/10. Packaging 8.5/10. Would I buy again? No.

  • It passed quickly here: I bought it out of love for Libre but the EDT fell short. The opening is pleasant and not too ‘lavender-y’, which I didn’t like because I adore the lavender in the EDP. The problem was the dry down: on my skin it gave a soapy and dry scent that didn’t fit. I tried it and it went to another home. I’ll stick with the EDP and the Intense.

Another surprise of this year. I liked the EDP, not the Intense, but this EDT has conquered me. The jasmine tea stands out a lot and creates a perfect olfactory experience between citrus, white flowers, relaxing lavender and sweet musk. It’s much more feminine than the previous ones, addictive and spring/autumnal. Sillage and longevity are good for an EDT. My favourite from YSL without a doubt.

  • It has pleasantly surprised me: this fragrance stands on its own and more than enough, without needing a campaign. It has everything to become a classic right now. Longevity and sillage are excellent, though I won’t detail the notes because the impression is delicious and addictive. It’s complex, sweet and enveloping, perfect for any season or special occasion. A real treat: distinguished, powerful and original without being risky. Worth the price.

It was a blind buy and at first I thought I had made a mistake due to the strange scent. The next day, on my skin, it created a magical chemistry and could be my signature. It’s elegant, sweet but calm, vanilla-scented with a touch of modern classic. It accompanies me all day and is addictive. Very wearable for daily use or the office, though for the evening I prefer something more gourmand. A wonderful discovery, in love.

I tried a decant for my wife and it’s a floral where orange blossom takes the lead, paired with vanilla that makes it velvety and clean, perfect for the good season. It reminded me of Tabu, that animal bomb of the 30s, but Libre (EDT) feels like its younger, more versatile and modern version. It’s subjective, but that’s how I see it.

  • lacasitadepan

I bought the Intense version on an impulse months ago and could not cope with it. I had to sell it. At first it seemed delicious to me, but it was very intense (haha) and I bought it in summer; my stomach turned every time I tried to use it in winter, where I knew it would perform better, but I simply could not even spray it after the first time. I tried this one with fear and was surprised how fresh it is. Is it similar? Yes, a very good flanker. It is not as different as sometimes brands go off the rails and make very distinct versions. This is more citrusy and with its Libre DNA. Would I buy it? No, because the lavender gives me a headache, but it is a very nice perfume.

  • I prefer the EDP because it is sweeter, but with the heat it becomes overwhelming. This has the DNA but lacks the vanilla sweetness; they could well have used a honey note and it would be perfect. I feel it more unisex and woody, pleasant certainly, but it does not surpass the EDP. Nevertheless, I will use it on warm days.

  • I didn’t like it at all! It has nothing to do with the EDP or the Intense version; this is more herbal and rare. Do not buy blindly!

  • I adore it; it is a charming aroma that brings to mind a fantasy of satyrs and nymphs in a Greek forest. It is fresh, floral, sweet like the nectar of white flowers and with something green. The EDP seems very soapy and woody to me, which bothers me a bit, so I prefer this flanker entirely.

  • Jaionemaite3

It smells great; I don’t look for loud aromas but to feel perfumed. When I tried the perfume water it seemed strong and invasive, so I opted for the toilet water. This is rich, but there is something that grates on me and at times overwhelms me, while at other times I find it lovely. I am so in love with Mon Guerlain that, unconsciously, I compare it with it.

  • Rubbish. I don’t smell tea anywhere. The opening and a good while after is quite generic and undefined; then the sweetened lavender barely appears, but it remains a very shy perfume. Disappointment.

  • jessica_chinos

It smells elegant but can cause a headache. Use it in moderation, despite being an eau de toilette. I recommend it for professional events such as lectures, panels, book presentations, or conferences, where you wear a blazer with a pencil skirt.

  • I didn’t like it at all. Although its opening surprised me for being fresh and intense, its evolution did not seem pleasant and it smells like other perfumes of the same style, those that tire. Is it noticeable that I smell? Yes, surely. Does it stand out? Yes, but it does not result in something pleasant. Puh!

  • I like this version of Libre because it is very fresh and the lavender note is perfect, conveying exactly what its name says: freedom and tranquility. It calms me and puts me in a good mood, with a correct balance of notes. However, this EDT does not have good longevity. I want to try the Intense version.

  • I don’t see much point in this flanker. I love it because it retains that something from Libre that fascinates me, although here the lavender is much more watery. The citrus notes are more prominent at first, giving it a fresher tint, but it loses that beautiful character of the original, which owes almost everything to the lavender. Unfortunately, it lasts nothing on my skin; I put it on two hours ago and it’s almost gone. I also feel it loses versatility: while the original suits anything, I only see this for an extreme heat day. A no for me.

  • Flowerpower

A beautiful fragrance that is completely VERSATILE and literally metamorphic; I smell it differently depending on the weather and my mood. Sometimes I feel it’s more citrusy, other times more floral. It’s refined for a night event, fresh for a summer afternoon, and intense for cold weather. It is PERFECT, a golden, elegant jewel that makes you feel like an empowered woman, a millionaire who doesn’t care what others say. It projects a lot, lasts over 12 hours; in short, wearing this perfume is like wearing a necklace with a gold bar, as I said 😂

  • This perfume isn’t for those who love the Libre EDP, but rather for those (like me) who couldn’t tolerate the lavender in the original. The EDP felt too ‘masculine’ to me; definitely, the Eau de Toilette is a more feminine version (as they reduced the lavender intensity and let the orange blossom take the lead). It is also ‘cleaner’ or more musky than the EDP and less sweet (the original feels much more vanilla, whereas this does not). That said, unless it’s your signature scent, owning both the EDP and EDT might be redundant. If you love the original, this flanker will likely disappoint you, and if you don’t like the EDP, it’s probable you’ll (like me) adore this version. Good performance for an EDT; it has moderate sillage and lasts 6 hours on my skin (and well over 8 hours close to the skin). I’ve finished a sample, and it’s definitely on my wishlist!

  • Perfumadict

Sophisticated and elegant. A fragrance for any occasion. I own the Intense, and this wins (by far) in versatility and wearability. It’s citrusy, clean, delicate, and tidy. I detect more flowers than in the other Libres, which I like, along with the jasmine tea and amber that make it unique.

  • I own the EDP and honestly didn’t know what the EDT would smell like. I was swayed by online reviews and bought it blindly… When my order arrived, I opened it, and what a surprise! What a delicious aroma! While it is lighter than the EDP, it still feels elegant, fresher, and less masculine. I like both, though I think this is my favourite. The longevity on me is long-lasting, approximately 4 to 6 hours.

  • I was going to buy the Libre EDP blindly on a friend’s recommendation. One casual day I visited a store, saw a tester, and tried it, only to detest it. I felt it was very heavy and matronly; it gave me a terrible headache, and I was desperate to get home to wash it off. I thanked God I never bought it; I couldn’t handle it and forgot about the idea. Then, a month ago, a cousin told me she’d bought a perfume that smelled delicious, like a wealthy, empowered woman, full of money. I asked the name, and it was none other than Libre. I mentioned I’d tried it and didn’t like it, so she sent me a photo, and it turned out to be the EDT version. I said I’d try hers to see if I liked it, and guess what? I ordered it online that very night 😍😍. This version feels much lighter, elegant, and versatile, with amazing longevity 🥰🥰. It’s a fragrance that won’t be missing from my vanity from now on. If you don’t like the EDP version as I do, give this a try. 🤌🏻

  • karenzapata

I absolutely LOVE it. There is such a rich, elegant, and fresh lavender note that ajsjajsjs. It’s my favourite of the Libre line. Despite being a gourmand lover who prefers strong perfumes, I feel this scent is unique. It conveys freshness and joy. I feel it’s super versatile, though I’d wear it more for everyday use and in summer. Simply wonderful.

  • I have samples of both Libre EDT and EDP. The EDT is sweet and vanilla-like, with a hint of citrus that I imagine is the mandarin, though it’s only perceptible in the opening. As a whole, the fragrance reminds me of a vanilla car air freshener, which makes me dizzy. Personally, I don’t like it; in fact, these types of scents give me nausea, though I understand many people love it. I see it as a feminine unisex scent. What I perceive most are the flowers, the lavender, and the vanilla. I’d recommend it for spring, autumn, and winter, as it can be too intense in summer. I keep it in a ventilated area because it projects so much that after writing this review, I’ll have to discard it as I’m already feeling sick. However, this could be a positive if you enjoy this aroma.

  • A highly praised fragrance; I’ve been told it smells clean. It has good projection. It can become a bit strong on very hot days. I detect the classic lavender from Libre, but much softer. The aroma tends to be unisex yet elegant. It’s a distinct addition to my collection. I wear it daily, on those days when I want to smell good with a fragrance that lasts all day.

  • I own Le Parfum and was gifted an EDT decant. As a gourmand lover, Le Parfum isn’t quite as sweet as I prefer, yet its notes of mandarin, lavender, and honey make it unique; I wear it as a daytime summer scent. The EDT, however, smells clean and soapy to me; it feels underwhelming for those of us who collect distinctive fragrances. It reminds me of a body mist. While it won’t offend anyone, it’s a safe purchase for those who simply want to smell good without standing out.

  • FlorDeCerezo

In the opening I feel an air of laundry detergent, which I love; I think it is the mix of lavender and lemon. In the dry down it feels more floral and slightly bitter, which must be the tea note; it is not bitter since the vanilla sweetens it slightly. I don’t like heavy sweet perfumes because they give me a headache, but this one, despite the vanilla, captured me with its clean and sexy aroma at the same time. I let my pre-teen son smell it along with other floral and fruity ones, and this one with Eros EDT won by far.

  • Gemasevilla

On my skin, a soft dried plum note dominates, even though it’s not listed in the olfactory pyramid. It’s not unpleasant and smells nice. Those who smell it on me say it’s powdery and soapy. I can distinguish the stages: the opening is soft lavender and slightly dusty, which I adore for its delicate fusion. The next phase is that glazed dried plum tone, the part I dislike most because it resembles many other perfumes and loses its personality; this is where the scent has the most impact. Finally, it settles into a powdery, soapy, fruity finish that feels clean and delicious. The longevity is good at around six hours, and it projects well enough for everyone to notice. It generates compliments. I recommend trying it and waiting to see how it evolves on your skin.

  • I put it as a signature or personal perfume because it is my favourite. This is the first imported perfume I bought when I started working; I remember it was in the duty-free shop going on holiday and the seller offered it to me because it was on offer and I have to say it was love at first sniff. How I love this fragrance; I love its aroma. I feel it so elegant, sophisticated, clean but also with a sexy touch; I love it to use at night, whether for a party or a casual outing. I have to highlight its incredible longevity and trail, knowing that it is an EDT, the quality is incredible. This version is a less concentrated touch and more summery than the EDP version. I would like to keep trying and buying the rest of its flankers. Everything about this fragrance seems phenomenal and the day I finish it, I will go to replenish it.

  • I didn’t plan to acquire this fragrance until I tested it on skin recently. It seemed to me a delicious and clean aroma with an air of timeless elegance that adds class and sophistication. Its opening is fresh due to the presence of lavender and citrus, giving a very pleasant sense of cleanliness, as if one smelled a fine soap. Then emerges an intense floral phase but not invasive, in which one feels the elegance and delicacy of the jasmine tea, maintaining citrus accords of orange blossom. In the dry down, the fragrance remains musky with a creamy vanilla that envelops without being cloying. At times it tends to seem slightly unisex but it indisputably leans towards the feminine side due to the vanilla and lavender, which unlike Libre EDP is sweeter and subtler without losing its protagonism. It has excellent projection and fixation, being quite perceived by others and generating compliments from ladies and gentlemen. It is highly versatile and ideal for all year round, although personally I bought it to use it in autumn and winter. I must mention that its composition reminds me a lot of LVEB L’Éclat EDT from Lancôme, which I also like a lot for its citrus opening and its elegant floral phase. Both fragrances have 7 notes in common but it is the ambroxan from Lancôme that makes the difference, being able to invade a bit in certain spaces. If I had to choose between both, I would remain without a doubt with Libre EDT, which I have loved.

  • Piiink Lady

I bought it blind with a bit of doubt about the lavender since I don’t like that smell, but I wanted to try something new that came out of my usual notes. It pleasantly surprised me. In the first few minutes the fragrance is very intense, a bit bothersome to my taste; the opening smells like clothes straight out of the laundry detergent, very pleasant but well intense. As the minutes pass, it feels more citrusy, fruity and softer. The longevity is very good; I applied it at night and the next day I still felt its aroma on my wrist and on the clothes. Good trail too.

  • Pame.Betsabe

I bought it because there was a reoffer where two perfumes came. Totally blind. It is the first YSL. I loved it on the first splash. I am not very fond of lavender and in this perfume it is worked so exquisitely that you don’t even realise it. I have many bomb perfumes and wanted one versatile that I could use in different climates. Without a doubt, I don’t miss; it smells luxurious, the quality shows. I have the Zara one with which it is compared and while it has an air and one could say the inspiration is well achieved, that’s all. Beautiful fragrance.

  • I bought a 5ml decant because I didn’t want to risk more since the lavender note is not something I like, not even in household cleaners. So after all the ¡boom! this fragrance has, I said: ok, let’s see how it is, and well, I liked it more than I loved it. I perceive a slightly grating note that I don’t like in the opening, however, little by little it becomes pleasant, but for the price it has, I don’t think its presence is worth it. Well, at least they don’t count on me anymore. *After trying it several times, I decided to buy the 90ml bottle as it was on offer and I have liked it much more than at first. What a delight, so fresh, feminine and very long-lasting for an EDT; I would definitely buy it again.

  • Just like its little brother Libre Le Parfum, this EDT has a whole charm behind it. For an EDT, it performs, projects and delivers what an EDP should have. I love this flanker; it is so delicious and has generally generated compliments from men. I like it for being clean and fresh; those white flowers look so beautiful and no inspiration comes close to its heels. Now I want all the other Libre flankers, although without a doubt I would buy more bottles of this version.

  • It was a blind buy and I ended up exchanging it because it is too citrusy for my taste and there is a note that feels very masculine on my skin, as if I were wearing a man’s perfume. I must highlight the longevity and projection for an EDT, but I just couldn’t get along with it, unlike the EDP Flowers and Flames and Intense which I adore.

  • Daniel Henderson 77

It is a ridiculously delicious, sensual, elegant and feminine fragrance. It has excellent longevity and on my wife’s skin it becomes dangerously addictive for me. The quality is top-notch, nothing synthetic, and the accords are blended to perfection. A great job by YSL, highly recommended.
