After letting it settle for a few months, I realised it wasn’t as synthetic as the first time. Here, the mango isn’t so noticeable; rather, it’s the melon. That melon blends with very strong citrus notes (grapefruit) that pop in the opening. Imagine a fizzy drink of melon, mango and grapefruit. If you like that description, you’ll love it. It has good longevity and a moderate trail.
It smells exactly as described: an intense mix of sugary fruits with an almost imperceptible floral touch. To me, it smells more like orange and melon than mango, which disappears quickly in the opening. If you like fruity scents, you’ll love this. It’s designed for summer, but on hot days I think it might become overpowering.
It’s a lovely scent but I find it too strong. It’s like throwing yourself into a mango pulp: dense, very fruity and sweet (which I like), almost like tasting that thick smoothie, but perhaps too linear for my taste. I have a decant and it will stay for a summer afternoon.
It’s super fruity. A friend told me it was as if I’d splashed fruit juice on myself and she was right. I detect a slight citrus note, but above all it’s very sweet, too much in my opinion.
