Milano by Boshara is an Oriental fragrance for men launched in 2023. It favours a mellow, easy-going take on the family rather than richness at full volume.
A fresh aromatic and citrus-led opening gives way to a powdery, spiced centre before resting upon vanilla, pale woods and incense.
Bergamot, pine needle and lavender open the composition. The bergamot lends brightness, while the pine and lavender establish a tidy green-aromatic character in a traditional masculine register.
At the centre lie angelica, labdanum, violet, heliotrope and cinnamon. Violet and heliotrope provide the powdery softness, labdanum contributes an amber-toned balsamic fullness, and cinnamon lends restrained warmth rather than bite.
Vanilla, white musk, sandalwood and incense form the foundation. Vanilla smooths and sweetens, white musk keeps the texture clean, sandalwood offers a creamy woody support, and incense adds a composed resinous finish.
The general impression is ambery, woody, musky and vanilla-led, with aromatic, balsamic and citrus highlights and a delicate violet veil. Well suited to autumn and winter, for everyday wear through to the evening.
