Boshara has brought out Diwan Malaki, a new unisex fragrance landing in 2025. It sits in the oriental fougère family, an unusual cross between the crisp, aromatic nature of fougères and the deep, resinous warmth of the East.
The scent starts with a citrusy, peppery brightness, moves through a green, woody heart, and finishes on a soft, musky base. It's made for people who like their perfume to have personality without losing refinement.
The top notes combine pink pepper, bergamot and lime, giving an opening that's both fresh and faintly spicy. That leads into a heart of galbanum, angelica and cedar, which adds a green, resinous edge and a subtle herbal nuance.
The base is all about sandalwood, musk and oudh wood. These three create a warm, lingering trail, but the oud is used judiciously: it blends into the amber and balsamic accords rather than taking over, which keeps the fragrance comfortable and elegant.
