Share what you noticed: opening, drydown, sillage and the moments when it works for you.
The dry-down is spectacular. The opening confuses me slightly: I detect elemi and something acidic, more akin to lime than bergamot. I don’t sense the pink pepper, I suppose it’s minimal. To me, it’s an autumn bomb that builds in intensity, although the longevity could be better. Nevertheless, it’s one of my favourites for this season.
It has one of the best lasting powers among Victorio & Lucchino fragrances, so if you want to try one, this is a very good option. It smells classic; I’d highlight that it’s of fir and resinous woods with an artificial touch (which doesn’t bother me). Value for money is good; if you like green and resinous scents with pine forest notes, you’ll love it. Daily/casual use to wear with joy. Sincerely, I’ve seen more expensive perfumes with worse quality; it costs 10 euros or less depending on where you find it, so for me, it’s frankly excellent.
It’s one of the best lasting ones among Victorio & Lucchino fragrances, so if you want to buy one, this is a very good option to try. If you’re dying for Encre Noire and can’t find it anywhere, this is the cheap trial run. At 9 euros, you avoid spending 30 or 40 on a lottery ticket. If you get hooked, forget this: the original smells vastly better, lasts longer, and you can tell the difference in quality. Goodbye.
This fragrance is ideal to get an idea (cheap and lower quality) of what Encre Noire smells like, which is hard to try in perfumeries as it’s almost unavailable. You pay 9 euros instead of spending 30-40 euros on a blind buy. If you like this, I’d say you’ll love Encre Noire: much more fragrance, greater fixative power and longevity, and let’s not mention quality. Au revoir.
I was gifted this fragrance, the first by this designer; at first it’s quite strong. To my nose, it smells of herbs, woods, and something citrusy. It doesn’t disgust me; in fact, I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve always seen perfumes from this brand but they never caught my eye. However, I’d give it a 6/10. After four hours with just two sprays on my forearm, it still lingers, though closer to the skin rather than projecting far. Don’t expect a massive sillage or to be showered with compliments, but for everyday wear, heading to the gym, or a walk, it more than holds its own.

It’s like a Terre d’Hermès with pine, a bastard child between Terre and Loewe Essencia. It smells artificial and has the consistency of a cheap cologne, but it keeps you smelling it non-stop. For being at home or going out for a cool breeze, it’s a good bargain.
