At the top are pandan leaf, Nom Maew, coconut water, jasmine and water. The impression is leafy and aqueous, brightened by jasmine rather than weighed down by it.
Next comes mung bean, rice powder, white flowers and sugar. The rice note feels floury and muted, giving a gentle powdered effect while the florals preserve freshness.
Underneath, coconut milk, sandalwood and palm sugar settle the blend. The milk lends creaminess, the sandalwood a smooth woody frame, and the palm sugar a mellow toffee-like sweetness.
