Zara has just launched its final two chapters in 30ml bottles. A ten out of ten for this idea to try more scents without accumulating liquids when the collection is so vast. Of the new releases, the two fruity ones (Sultry Pear and this Peach Glow) with the pink box are my favourites, though three florals also seemed pleasant and original. Peach Glow is a modernised peach, sweetened by praline and amber, beautifully refreshed and balanced by the grapefruit. It has moderate sillage and lasts about five hours on my skin. From my olfactory memory, it doesn’t remind me of Tom Ford’s Bitter Peach, which is far more complex, dense, unisex, and distant from this refreshing composition, where a quite mentholated and prominent patchouli stands out, which isn’t present here. I think many people automatically compare it on Fragrantica just by reading the notes: if there’s peach, it must resemble Bitter Peach; if there’s cherry, Lost Cherry. But there is life beyond those two Tom Ford perfumes. I’ve really liked this proposal and can imagine it for spring and summer. Scent 7/10, Longevity 5/10, Sillage 7/10, Value for money 6.5/10, Versatility 8/10, Packaging 7.5/10. Would I buy it again? Yes.
It’s curious how the blend of fruits—coconut, lemon, mandarin, orange, lychee and pear—manages to mimic the sheen of a peach. I was looking for a peach-based perfume because I’m drawn to the idea of Kilian’s Flower of Immortality, until I came across Zara’s Peach Glow. They share notes such as vanilla, jasmine, musk, patchouli, amber, orange blossom, rose, sandalwood, almond, bergamot, tonka and cedar. Kilian’s has honey, cinnamon and dark chocolate; Zara’s has cotton candy and caramel. Zara’s includes lavender, whereas Kilian’s has tobacco flower, vetiver and incense. Blackcurrant joins the peach in Kilian’s, while in Zara’s it’s that initial fruity blend. Peach Glow suggests itself as the summer, feminine version of Kilian’s deep Flower of Immortality. Tom Ford’s Bitter Peach is very different with its notes of rum, cognac, cardamom and cashmere. Nothing to do with influencers.

I admit I bought it because people compare it to Angel Eau Croisière 2019 and I wanted something similar. It’s sweet, tropical, with a citrus touch and a soft floral note. Is it pretty? Yes. Does it last? Yes, for about six hours. To be honest, I have no complaints; it smells good, very current and feminine… but with Zara perfumes, although I like them, they never fully convince me, as if something is missing that I can’t quite detect. Upon trying it again, I must say the longevity is short: after two hours it’s very close to the skin and fades away by four or five at the most.

Totally fresh peach, with a touch of citrus and a sweet base that never becomes cloying. Ideal for everyday wear, summer, or something very casual like the beach. Perfect for feeling fresh without any pretensions. Medium longevity, about four hours.
A lovely perfume that clings closely to the skin with a fruity peach aroma, very creamy. It has little sillage and poor longevity. For the price, it’s decent, though it could be better; it’s more of a body splash than a true perfume. Good for summer, but nothing more.
There’s a note that smells like insecticide to me and gives me some nausea… For me, it’s a very, very synthetic peach.

A super fresh, fruity peach, very soft and skin-scented. The longevity is light, barely noticeable, more like a Victoria’s Secret body splash. Ideal for the heat: sweet yet refreshing.
It’s sweet, slightly creamy and on my skin it has good longevity. People commented from afar that my perfume was noticeable, which caught my attention, but eventually it gets a bit tiring, which is why I use it occasionally.
Sweet and creamy; it lasts a long time on my skin and projects well from a distance, which surprised me. Eventually, it gets a bit tiring, so I only wear it occasionally.
Good for summer, though it does feel a bit artificial.
