Tested today at Selfridges and wow, it impacts. Even the sales assistant recoiled when putting it on the card, saying ‘Oh, what potent!’. It’s a fun, young, and gourmand perfume. I’d call it ‘sweet fruity’ with a synthetic charge, but well mixed, no metallic tints or deodorant smell. The ripe tropical mango aroma with a chocolate touch stands out, like all Mugler’s Angels. Undoubtedly it’s a candy scent, but the patchouli gives it body and distinction. It looks great on a young girl, with innocent airs but seductive intentions. It’s a fragrance for seducing and coming out ahead. Better not to buy blindly; it’s not for everyone, it requires a passion for fruity aromas. By the way, the bottle is lovely, worthy of collecting.
I just received it and I love its sweet mango scent; this new Ange fascinated me and has entered my new collection. I love Mugler, the best in longevity.

I’d call it ‘sweet fruity’ with a well-integrated synthetic base, no metallic or deodorant smell. The ripe tropical mango with a chocolate touch is what defines it, typical of Mugler’s Angels. It’s a candy scent, but the patchouli gives it body and distinction. It looks great on a young girl, innocent but with seductive intent. It’s for seducing and coming out ahead. Better not to buy blindly; it’s not for everyone, it requires a passion for fruity scents. The bottle is lovely, worthy of collecting.
I’m in love! I bought it and it’s fantastic. What I perceive is a strong cocktail of tropical fruits with a decorative little umbrella: I feel the delicious mango, guava, grapes, and the grapefruit which gives it a citrusy touch without being harsh. I feel the Angel DNA but in a tropical liqueur tone. I don’t know how they managed it, but it’s scrumptious! It’s very luminous and fresh, ready for the spring-summer season. One of the best perfumes I’ve ever heard. Delicious! The bottle is a beauty, it has me fascinated. Gourmand Angel-Angel Eau Croisière. The new limited edition is inspired by the leisure atmosphere of summer cruises and fruity cocktail flavours: mango, pomelo, blackcurrant sorbet, voluptuous patchouli facet, and bonbons. It has a delicious talc-like dry down, that’s where the ‘Angel Tropical’ emerges. A juicy Eau de Toilette with exotic fruit touches warmed by the sun rays to be an EDT that lasts like a perfume with good sillage. I’m in love! I bought it and it’s fantastic. I just bought it and it smells like a mango smoothie with sweetness, simply a fresh and lasting milkshake. It keeps its strength and character for 4 hours, then sits close to the skin but remains delicious; by 6 hours, it smells like chamoy ice cream with buttered caramel popcorn, as everyone tells me. It’s perfect for summer and very wearable, a sweet mango perfume that takes you away from typical spring-summer citrus, this goes one step further.
Finally, my honest opinion on Angel Croisière: it’s an EDT, so don’t expect the projection or longevity of a traditional EDP. It’s a playful, fun flanker; applying it transports you to a hot paradise in a seaside bar enjoying an irresistible mango daiquiri. It’s a summer version but works perfectly all year. Although it lacks the punch of Angel, on my skin it lasted 6 to 8 hours and longer on clothes. At first, it reminded me of Tous’ Bonjour Señorita, but Croisière takes the bowtie. The base is very similar to traditional Angel with patchouli and praline, more prominent notes from the house. It’s delicious; if you’re a Mugler lover, you’ll surely have it, as being limited edition means it can’t be missing from your collection.
This is my first perfume from this brand and what a delight: tropical and freshly applied, it has great sillage. It smells of mango; I detect a hint of pineapple not listed in the notes, and the grapefruit is also noticeable, though it doesn’t give it a citrusy air. Unfortunately, on my dry skin the trail lasts 2 to 4 hours, but on clothes surprisingly more than 12. The scent evolves, becoming creamy and finishing with a delicious praline. It’s fruity, summery, ideal for anyone wanting to feel young and cheerful.
A disfigured angel. This flanker seems out of place or superfluous. Why use the name and the Star on flankers that don’t resemble Angel? These fourth cousins who are never seen together are not family. It’s a rather innocent and youthful tutti frutti scent, lacking substance. Wearable for any young girl in summer. But it’s not an Angel; it’s a cherub.
Beautiful bottle with that summer-toned gradient and a tropical, musky aroma… delicious!! As if you had beaten the basic Angel original scent, softening the patchouli and praline, with lemon granita and mango decorated with red currants.
The perfume is magnificent. It is very difficult for a tropical scent to transcend, as the market is full of sweet tropical fragrances for summer spritzing. However, Angel Eau de Croisière is a perfume that transcends; it feels cheerful, youthful, and very festive. Yet, it is undeniable that it radiates elegance. When you smell it, you are transported to another place, and that is something very few fragrances can achieve. It is certainly a proper Angel. The name says it all: it’s an Angel who went on a cruise, enjoying those paradisiacal landscapes full of luxury. Those who say it’s a cherub have never lived such an experience in their lives. Just because it smells tropical doesn’t mean it’s vain, and Mugler managed to capture all that in a 50ml bottle.
The perfume is exquisite; it smells of pure mango♡ but a very, very fresh mango. Whenever I wear it, I receive compliments, and my family immediately recognises it every time I use it. It’s perfect for summer, whether going out for a stroll with friends or for everyday wear, and its longevity is excellent; it’s a sweet and refreshing scent all at once.
This perfume seems very pleasant, but I expected more from it. I had wanted to try it for ages, and fortunately, I could test it on my skin before buying blindly. On me, it smells basically of mango, whereas I expected something more complex and sophisticated from the Mugler house. It’s a summer scent, simple and enjoyable, even for those who find the original Angel and other flankers too heavy. As for longevity, I found it very brief, although the trail was excellent. Scent 6/10 Longevity 5/10 Sillage 7/10 Value for money 5/10 Versatility 8/10 Packaging 10/10 Would I buy it again? No, I didn’t.
The fragrance is beautiful; the downside is it doesn’t last long on me, and the trail is also quite faint. I suppose that’s why it’s cheaper here in Argentina compared to other Mugler scents.
I have a friend who owns a perfume shop, and every day I pass by that orange star attraction that captivates me… she calls to me and I fall at her feet like an insect to a flower. As avant-garde as everything from Mugler, the aroma of mango, orange, and patchouli is addictive… it’s an elixir that could very well be unisex (which is why I wear it without mercy). I’m thinking whether to buy it or leave it as a forbidden object, just to touch, smell, and run away from.

I’ve read more positive than negative reviews about this lovely perfume, so I plan to visit a shop soon to smell it and see if it suits me. I already have the classic ‘Angel’ (50ml); it’s strong and I like it, but I’m not quite in love with it yet, which is why I think I might adore Croisière even more. It’s a summer delight; what a pity it’s limited edition. I’ve already finished mine and can’t find it anywhere now.
Very fruity and summery, lasts about 7 hours on my skin. Fantastic for an eau de toilette, I recommend it. For those who don’t like the normal Angel, forget it; this is completely different, although it has a brief angelic air in the base.

Love at first sniff, no doubt. I’m not a fruity enthusiast, but the quality of this juice made my mouth water. How can one not succumb to the slightly acidic sweetness of the best mango ever heard, which at times mixes with a more exquisite peach skin? IMPOSSIBLE. By the time the next few notes appear (a red fruit I can’t distinguish well, but definitely a melted praline in a gourmand patchouli), the mango remains tattooed on the epidermis, gifting us memories of hot afternoons and nights in the Caribbean, in my case a million years ago. Emphatically I say to you: DO NOT LET IT GO! If the notes attract you and there’s no tester, I can risk recommending a blind buy. You’ll thank me. The performance on skin is decent: about 4 hours of average projection and up to 8 hours of longevity.

Perfect for summer, not one of my favourites but smells lovely on my skin. The patchouli is very noticeable and the mango lasts the first hour; it’s quite long-lasting and I recommend it, although I prefer the fruity fair.
I loved it! Besides the beautiful bottle, it smells of a very pleasant sweet tropical fruit. The mango predominates, becoming sweeter over time and settling on the skin. The patchouli is noticeable in the opening but very soft, nothing intrusive like the original Angel. It will be my summer favourite 🥭🧡

Angel Croisière from 2019, very pleasant. It opens with a citrusy grapefruit without that typical bitterness, which softens but doesn’t disappear. Then, the patchouli recalls the Angel EDT and becomes lighter. Gradually, the sweet tropical mango emerges with a touch of praline. It’s creamy, almost milky, yet sparkling. It has more nuances than I expected, keeping the Angel DNA but doesn’t smell like the EDP (which I don’t like). It’s easy-going yet has personality, perfect for those who don’t like citrus and want something for the heat. What a pity it’s a limited edition. Scent: 7.5/10, Sillage: 7/10, Longevity: 5/10.
I was afraid it would be the same as the original Angel (my ballet teacher used to bathe in it and always smelled like her), but it’s nothing like it. You can still tell it’s the original, but when dry, it’s pure mango, fresh and wearable nectar, ideal for summer and not heavy on me. Lasts about 7 hours. EDIT: June 2021: I got rid of it because the mango and patchouli blend became unbearable.
Wonderful! You feel the whole summer in this perfume: an explosion of mango, citrus, and sweetness that creates an elegant tropical blend, with the classic Angel always present in the background. 100% recommended!
It’s my first Angel. The opening is totally tropical, super summery; it reminds me of a juice with mango pulp and lemon. Although I like the smell of mango, this is a bomb; it made me dizzy for the first hour until I thought, ‘Nooo, that’s disgusting, it’s not for me’. I think it was due to the Angel DNA that everyone says is special (and which I haven’t tried). As time passed, I noticed it became sweeter when dried, I could smell the praline, some red fruit… the patchouli was very calm here and I refused to believe that with each sniff I liked it more. It’s now on my wishlist; it’s a super special scent that I can’t be without; frankly, it’s a pity it was a limited edition. Fortunately, in Chile it’s still available through private distributors and people in fragrance groups on Facebook.
It’s beautiful; it always dries down differently. I enjoy it more during winter days; it stays soft and wraps you in its sweet notes, especially mango and praline. For those who couldn’t get it, the closest thing (but not identical) is Angel Nova. The dry-down of both is different, but for a few hours they smell very similar.
I tried it today alongside its sister, NOVA. Nova is more ambered but very good, and this one is sparklier and sharper at the start. Very citrusy and bitter for the first three or four minutes. Then comes that typical Mugler journey: ‘Not everything you smell at first is what you believe’. It’s impressive how it changes over time. I’ve loved it.
I’ve just bought it. It retains the DNA of the classic Mugler Angel; you can tell from the first spray. On my skin, the grapefruit, mango, and praline stand out. It’s a fruitier Angel. It reminds me of Angel Muse due to that tropical passionfruit opening and also Angel Nova. This 2019 Eau de Croisière follows that line of Angel with tropical fruits. It’s nice and I like it, although it didn’t surprise me as much as I expected. I imagined something more original and summery, but it’s a flanker of the mythical 90s Angel with fruity touches. I like it very much because the Mugler Angel was my signature years ago (around 1997). I missed out on this Eau de Croisière at the time and now wanted it. I’m happy although not surprised, but satisfied with the purchase. I don’t see it as particularly summery; I think it’s ideal for days that aren’t too hot; spring and autumn are its best months. As an EDT, the projection and sillage are moderate, as is the longevity.
Where can I get it? Apparently, it has been discontinued.
I searched every perfume shop in the city throughout 2020 and found nothing, so I had to buy it online. It smells like summer, like a cocktail on a sun lounger. The strongest notes are praline, mango, and patchouli. It lasts over ten hours and has heavy sillage for a fresh scent, so be careful with the sprays. Ideal for spring and summer. It’s a limited edition, so if you find it, seize the opportunity.
A friend told me he didn’t like the mango in Fame and said this Angel Eau de Croisière was the best mango scent he’d ever smelled. Since mango is my favourite fruit and I adore sweet and tropical notes, I started searching. I managed to get it a few weeks ago. It’s a green, citrusy, and acidic mango at first, then the medium-sweet and acidic mango emerges with a soft sweetness. The patchouli is much softer than in the classic. It lasts about five hours on my skin, with moderate sillage, but everyone has complimented me. If you find it, don’t miss out; the bottle is gorgeous.
I like all the Angels; they have that distinctive gourmand touch that drives me wild. This one specifically smells very much of mango on my skin, it’s the dominant note. I adore it, although I wish it lasted longer.
