  It smells of pure cigarette ash. I’ll have to blend it with something citrusy to tone down the burnt pipe note; perhaps it would work better with vetiver or lemon. It lacks that sweet touch found in tobacco fragrances. It seems as though someone has been smoking all day; it’s missing two notes to refine it, such as lemon-orange-geranium, to add a subtle hint of rough, burnt pipe.

  They gave this to me thinking I loved Demeter-style scents, but it smells like dirty laundry and a smoker’s chair; it gave me a headache and I had to get in the shower to wash it off. I can’t fathom who would wear this.
