Although the name and colour made me think it was plum-based, the opening surprised me with powdery violets. After 20-30 minutes, a creamy vanilla appears, sweet but not cloying, making it very gourmand. The floral notes are noticeable but don’t dominate. On skin, it lasts around 6 hours with an average projection of 1 hour; afterwards, it stays in a personal bubble that you catch in bursts. On clothes, it lasts up to 10 hours. It smells wonderful and I recommend it from the age of 20.

I thought the name and colour suggested a plum scent, but I was pleasantly surprised by the powdery violet opening. Jafra’s Plum Sky is 100% gourmand, youthful and flavourful. It opens with powdery violets before quickly shifting to a super creamy, enveloping lactonic vanilla; it’s more about enjoying it with the palate than the nose. Ideal for winter or cold weather. Performance is average, typical of Jafra: 4-5 hours. It doesn’t project much, but it’s noticeable when you move. The price is regular, though I bought it at 50% off and I’m happy with it. For those who love bakery scents, it’s literally a little vanilla cream cake.
