Diamonds by Jafra is a discreet floral for personal wear, with a slightly bitter opening from ginger lasting about twenty minutes, followed by a gently sweet dry-down of patchouli, always at low intensity. To be honest, I found it very subtle, with no lactonic or gourmand notes. Basically, it’s ginger and orange blossom (a bitter accord), with white flowers and a touch of patchouli at the end; perfect for an ordinary day. The longevity is brief, around three or four hours, and the sillage is light. It’s similar to Avon’s Luck for Her, though the latter works better. I’d recommend it to lovers of warm, spicy ginger-style perfumes.
