  1. I’m not a huge fan of Jafra, but this smells lovely. It’s literally like Totito/PAL/Bubbaloo bubblegum from Tutti Frutti; when you first spray it, it’s more fruity, and as it dries down, it becomes slightly powdery. It doesn’t evolve much, with a soft projection for about four hours. As it’s bubblegum, it’s synthetic, but of good quality and I think it suits all year round. I liked it and would buy it again.

  2. Jafra perfumes have never really suited me, but this one smells luxurious. It’s literally Tutti Frutti Totito/PAL/Bubbaloo bubblegum; it starts off super fruity and dries down slightly powdery. It doesn’t evolve much, projecting softly for about four hours. Although it’s synthetic bubblegum, it’s good quality and I think it works all year round. I loved it and would buy it again.

  3. I absolutely love this perfume: 100% tutti frutti bubblegum on my dry skin, with a super sweet powdery finish. The downside is it lasts only three hours, but I don’t mind reapplying; I was fascinated by it.

At first, the bubblegum is deliciously dominant, but once it dries down, it remains sweet and powdery. Compared to Moschino’s Toy 2, they only resemble each other at the start: Jafra is sweet bubblegum, whereas Moschino is sweet and citrusy. Dried down, Moschino smells of roses and cleanliness, while I only detect cinnamon in Jafra. Both are cheerful and rich. If you’re looking for a dupe for Toy 2, the Fraiche inspiration is closer to the dry-down, while Jafra matches the opening, but without the acidity.

  5. Imagine opening a packet of pink Hubba Bubba; it smells exactly the same. I know you want to know if it’s similar to TOY2 or completely different: the opening is 89% similar with a warm touch, whereas Moschino is fruitier and the bubblegum fades quickly, barely noticeable after two hours. In contrast, Jafra’s Bubblegum is sweet, milky, and powdery, evolving very little, and sometimes the raspberry smells like L’Oréal Kids shampoo. Regarding longevity, I tested it for a few days and it lasted all day on clothes. The trail is light but pleasant; it doesn’t overwhelm with that sugary note, which is a relief not to project so much. If you adore TOY2, I highly recommend this because at this price, you can try it without fear.

Bubblegum Tutti Frutti: although I’m not a fan of catalogue perfumes, they occasionally have good options. This smells literally like pink Bubbaloo bubblegum with its dusting of powder wrapped around; the raspberry adds a lot of sweetness that faintly recalls Fantasy, but it’s not a dupe, just a vibe. It’s very soft, lasting about four hours before settling close to the skin like talcum powder, remaining bubblegum without surprises. I see it as suitable for all year round, sweet but not cloying. A shrewd purchase if you like gourmands. Edit: it lasts longer on clothes than on skin and smells better; on skin, it feels very soft.
