My girlfriend tried it and it’s absolutely delicious, lasting nearly eight hours without being cloying, with quite a youthful strawberry note. Many people asked what perfume she was wearing; just passing by left the fragrance lingering on your nose—it was one of her best scents. The only downside is that the current packaging is very small, at least the one she had, which ran out quickly. Otherwise, it’s an excellent perfume, one of Avon’s finest.
My girlfriend tried it and it’s a beast, lasting nearly eight hours without becoming cloying; those strawberry notes give it a super youthful touch. People wouldn’t stop asking her what she was wearing, and just passing by left the scent stuck to their noses; it was one of her favourites. The only downside is that it now comes in a very small bottle and runs out quickly, but otherwise it’s a 10, one of the best Avon has brought out.
It seems odd there are no reviews for this little gem, yet it’s the scent we’ve all been obsessed with since childhood, or in my case, the one I always wanted but never got to buy. While browsing an Avon catalogue, I remembered my frustrated dream and ordered it without hesitation; I was over the moon when it arrived. Although we know the aroma, I expected more than just floral notes; instead, I detect a soft, strawberry-malted scent—not cloying, but like the powder used to make it, very delicate, not sugary, more transformed into something powdery and clean. It’s a tender, personal indulgence: I can’t see myself wearing Topsy out and about or to the office, but for relaxing at home or watching films, it’s the one I love. It has little sillage and longevity, though pairing it with the matching cream works a bit better.
