Conceived around grapefruit, sea salt and cypress, with seaweed, marine notes and lavender at its centre and oakmoss, cedar and vetiver beneath.
At first, the emphasis is on briskness. Grapefruit offers a bitter-citrus spark, sea salt a distinct brininess, and cypress a resinous green line that feels upright and coastal.
Through the heart, seaweed and marine notes suggest wet stone and salt water, while lavender lends a tidy, herbal brightness. The effect is more botanical than aquatic in the conventional sense.
Underneath, oakmoss, cedar and vetiver provide a drier, earthier foundation. Moss brings depth, cedar a pared-back woodiness, and vetiver a grassy-root character with a mineral echo.
The broader character blends fresh spice, citrus, lavender, aromatic herbs, woods and moss. It is a marine of texture and contrast, made to be shared rather than gendered.
Suited to those drawn to aromatic, moss-led marines, neat lavender, cypress and citrus without sweetness, and to woody vetiver bases with an earthy, mineral quality.
