A surprising composition. A strong touch of leather and wood, very masculine, yet with something strange and addictive. It has lots of violet, perhaps due to the famous violet caramel of Madrid. It is 100% feminine tucked inside leather and wood, creating something so original and unexpected it looks like a Mondrian painting. Hard to find such an original scent with so few notes these days. Applause to the perfumer. Good sillage and long-lasting. Best for autumn and spring nights, or a cool summer evening. A good perfume, but Loewe has lost its way with the prices. For that price, there is a Penhaligon’s (Halfelti Leather) very similar, more complex and of better quality. Do not buy blindly. If you want to spend a lot, better Halfelti Leather than San Miguel. Summary: good perfume but not worth the cost.
Excellent fragrance. Reminds me of Tom Ford’s Rose Prick and Armani’s Rose d’Armani, but it is distinct and unique. The geranium changes everything; the patchouli gives it a leather-like identity without actually being leather. It’s a pink geranium perfumed with patchouli. It could be feminine, but it suits a man perfectly too. High quality and notes. Ultimately, the violet predominates with patchouli and rose. There are complaints about the price, but it doesn’t hold up as a niche, so for me, it is worth it. Not everywhere in Madrid, but in some places. Quality 9, Longevity 8, Scent 9, Sillage 8.
It’s a scent you have to try. Very unique, with a base that smells of leather mixed with delicious flowers and green notes. Ideal for daytime wear, strolling through the city or a cobblestoned village.
