It’s the perfect perfume for cloudy, rainy winter days. Although it’s masculine, I adore it. It leaves a huge trail and lasts several days on clothes. Despite being from the Avon catalogue (I’ve tried many), it smells high-end, nothing cheap. Segno Succes smells masculine, warm, and even sexy.
It reminds me of Givenchy’s Only Gentleman but without that incense touch. I love it: it’s fresh, fruity with tangerine, and has a spectacular effervescence, perhaps due to the pink pepper. It feels humid, maybe thanks to the vetiver. The blend of notes works brilliantly and creates an unusual synergy. Ideal if you’re looking for something exclusive; you’ll hardly find anyone else smelling the same. Great quality, the high-end range from Avon.
I agree with the previous reviews regarding the scent, but not with the longevity and projection; perhaps they are USA or Polish batches. It’s not a disaster, but for me EDTs last over 6 hours, whereas this reaches only 4 hours with an intimate trail from the start. It’s a pity because it smells good: masculine, sexy, with a sweet and woody touch, and it feels much more expensive than it is. It’s very versatile. If they released it in EDP or Intense and it lasted longer, it would be in my top 10. It’s a ‘like’ for the price and ingredients, ideal if you don’t mind reapplying every 4-5 hours. If you can find batches with better projection, it will be a winner. Au revoir.
I agree with the previous reviews regarding the scent, but not with the longevity and projection. Perhaps they use batches made in the USA while European ones are from Poland. It’s not a disaster, but while my EDTs last 6 hours or more, this reaches only 4 hours and its trail is intimate from the very first minute. It’s a pity because it smells good: masculine, sexy, with a sweet and woody touch. Without the initial alcohol hits, it feels much more expensive than it is and is very versatile. If they released it in Eau de Parfum or Intense, it would be one of my top 10 without a doubt. That’s why it’s a ‘like’ and not a ‘love’. If you reapply every 4-5 hours or are looking for a masculine, sexy scent at this price with quality ingredients, it’s a safe bet. If you can find those batches that last longer, don’t hesitate, you’ll have a winner. Au revoir!
It’s like a hybrid between Spirit and Secret Temptation by Antonio Banderas. I bought it by mistake instead of the regular Segno, but I gave it a chance. I agree with others that the opening and heart notes recall AB Spirit, but then it leans towards Secret Temptation. It’s warm and spicy with plenty of pink pepper and patchouli in the heart, very similar to Banderas’. Those who enjoy spicy scents will like it, although for me it lacked intensity. It’s a high-end EDP that doesn’t really surprise, with modest longevity and projection; the AB Spirit EDT is better quality. I bought it on offer so it wasn’t a disaster. Scent: 5, Quality: 6, Longevity: 4, Projection: 3, Versatility: 5.
