Descripción
Signorina Misteriosa by Salvatore Ferragamo is an oriental floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2016, this composition was created by Sophie Labbé, Nicolas Beaulieu and Juliette Karagueuzoglou. In its opening, blackberry and neroli take a fresh, fruity first step. The heart reveals the elegance of neroli and orange blossom, while the base settles on a warm, seductive foundation of milk mousse, black vanilla bean and patchouli.

I love the dulce de leche, especially in the base; it’s a wonder that dominates at the end. The sillage is moderate, intense but not annoying, though some may not like sweet notes. It lasts for many hours, even on the sample paper, so use it with moderation. It’s exquisite: although they call it floral, I detect a gourmand touch that I adore; the floral is not noticeable. Ideal for the day and casual outings, but in enclosed spaces it can become a bit heavy.
It reminds me greatly of another fragrance. Personally, I find it very sophisticated, and yes, the dry-down is even better than its incredible opening.
I own the Signorina collection and without a doubt, Misteriosa is the best; I adore it. It smells elegant; on my skin I detect black raspberry and the dulce de leche is exquisite. It lasts about four hours, but when I reapply, the magic returns.
I tried it on my skin and it’s rich, a sweet dessert. I’ll buy it as soon as I can. In Argentina, Salvatore Ferragamo is rare; few sell it. It smells like dulce de leche, though not the typical local kind, but I love it. Lasted about six hours with good sillage at first, then fading. It’s very feminine, elegant, and the bottle is beautiful. I want to own it!
Signorina Misteriosa is rare: its notes are so blended they barely stand alone, losing some charm. If you know her sister Eleganza (pretty but boring), this is more eloquent yet pretentious; the ‘mystery’ is easy to guess. It’s based on blackcurrant and dulce de leche: the caramel is realistic, but the blackcurrant smells like old frozen fruit (love can sometimes be anosmic). Only faint vanilla, diffuse white flowers, and a touch of patchouli are noticeable. It’s pleasant if you like dulce de leche or patchouli, but the blackcurrant can dominate. Think of her as the Sicilian cousin of Rocker Femme Fantasy: elegant, unobtrusive, and meant for someone to decipher her mystery. Rocker Femme wins on realism and price, but this is a good alternative if you want something potent, long-lasting, and discreet.
Deliciously sweet to start: blackcurrants and blueberries with sugar that make your mouth water, followed by a fresh green floral touch with neroli and nardos bathed in syrup, blending with a creamy vanilla panna cotta. The soft, earthy patchouli base balances everything, whetting my appetite and craving a glass of wine; perfect for food pairings. Moderate projection (just right at a metre for this dessert), lasting over 7 hours and evolving better than current linear gourmands without falling into vanilla-fatigue.
Pleasant from start to finish. Indulgent without being cloying or crude. Opens with sugared blackcurrants and blueberries that make my mouth water. Then it nuances with a fresh green floral touch where neroli and syrup-coated nardos dominate, intertwining with creamy accords like vanilla-scented panna cotta. Finally, the soft, creamy base gives the sensation of having tasted a dessert, balanced by an earthy patchouli that harmonises the fruity notes; this whets my appetite and craving for wine, so it enters my ‘pairing fragrances’ list. Moderate projection but perfectly noticeable at a metre, which seems ideal for this succulent panna cotta. I find it very enjoyable for all ages. Its fixation on my skin is good, lasting over 7 hours. Notably, it has an interesting evolution of aromatic nuances, unlike other current trend linear gourmands, smelling of caramel, sugar, vanilla, and more sugared vanilla. In some cases, with coffee, chocolate, and latte, it’s very rich too, but a bit flatter.
I simply love Signorina Misteriosa: creamy, sweet, a total delight. It’s linear, with all the notes present from start to finish in a beautiful combination. The most perceptible note is a rich vanilla condensed milk covering a fresh blackberry, and suddenly bursts of white flowers emerge. It has such balance: sweet but not cloying, with flowers that don’t dominate. It’s exquisite, elegant as its bottle and very chic. On my skin, its longevity and sillage are moderate. Signorina Misteriosa, I want you back with me.
Delicious aroma, very comforting, not cloying and I like the blackberry touch. I combine it with a blackberry and vanilla body cream and it comes alive even more. I simply love it!
Very rich, but disappointing longevity and sillage, very, very poor. With these perfumes, I realise how good Britney Spears’ are; much more long-lasting. Reminds me of Fantasy.
Smells wonderful and doesn’t resemble any of the others mentioned. It’s almost entirely vanilla. Low durability for the price.
I had little faith because I didn’t like Signorina, too floral. A friend gifted me a sample and they are worlds apart. Signorina Misteriosa is a creamy vanilla condensed milk so delicious, yet it’s not gourmand: it’s not cloying, not intrusive, not overpowering. Judging by the bottle, I’d think it was a night scent, but it’s versatile: perfect for day or night, in spring or winter. Definitely, I’m adding it to my wishlist.
I always thought Salvatore Ferragamo offered nothing, but SM is very rich and refined. I would remove ‘mysterious’ and call it Signorina Godere: a young lady who enjoys life, cheerful and a little gluttonous, fearlessly tasting panna cotta, blackberries and cakes. It lasts a long time on my skin and even longer on clothes. It’s a bit pricey, not a powerhouse, but without a doubt it’s the best from SF.
It tells me absolutely nothing. Despite claims that it’s not cloying, it certainly is for me, quite so, to the point of giving me a headache. Those fruits, condensed milk and vanilla, but in a synthetic and linear smoothie. Nothing more. It’s not worth the price or stands out. Like thousands of others. The only thing is the bottle: beautiful!
Honestly, it doesn’t meet the expected longevity and sillage. On my skin, the trail is very soft and lasts about 4-5 hours, almost clinging to the body, though it’s noticeable on clothes by the end of the day. It’s ideal for those who don’t want to attract attention, perfect for romantic dates or daily use. I see it as ideal for spring, summer, and autumn, as it smells better in the heat. If I had to assign it a character, it would be Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter: the bottle and name evoke mystery, and the scent defines a sweet, shy, innocent girl who fades away quickly. It smells of citrusy blackcurrant at first, with dulce de leche and vanilla; then the citrus fades, leaving all the sweetness, like a creamy tart with blackcurrant jam and a hint of orange. I don’t detect nard, but I do notice orange blossom, neroli, and perhaps a touch of patchouli at the base. Ideal for those who don’t want to stand out but love sweet, creamy scents. I would have preferred more intensity and, above all, longevity.
Honestly, it fails to meet expectations for longevity and sillage. On my skin, it leaves a soft trail for an hour and lasts 4-5 hours very close to the skin, although on clothes it lingers until the end of the day, albeit faintly. Ideal for not drawing attention, intimate romantic dates, or people who prefer sweet scents. Perfect for spring, summer and autumn, as the heat makes it more perceptible. I see it as ideal for a Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter: mysterious by the bottle and name, sweet, shy and innocent, but fading away quickly like her. Smells of citrus blackberry at the start with condensed milk and vanilla, then loses the citrus and becomes entirely sweet, like a creamy tart with blackberry jam and condensed milk with vanilla and a hint of orange. I don’t detect the neroli, but rather jasmine, neroli and perhaps patchouli at the base. Ideal for those who don’t want to attract attention but appreciate sweet and creamy scents. I would prefer more intensity and longevity.
Very rich, but on my skin after two hours it smells distinctly of a hound’s scent-marking spray. Reminds me of trendy sweets, with a slight nod to Mon Guerlain EDT and a finish similar to Nuit de Tresor, though this lasts much shorter and feels more like an EDT. It feels a bit flat and linear compared to those two, which have far more interesting developments, especially Nuit de Tresor, which I would definitely call ‘mysterious’ because this fragrance is rather plain.
Lives up to its name: mysterious and sophisticated. Quite potent, so watch out for the spray, but it’s delicious and well-balanced. It instils confidence, conveys aloofness and elegance. I simply love it.
She is an haughty, vain young lady who leaves a rich trail of vanilla-infused milk mousse, almost a delicacy reserved for those who play with her. This perfume is always nocturnal, strategic, and never goes unnoticed. My favourite!
A haughty and vain young lady who, as she moves, leaves this rich trail of vanilla milk mousse, almost a delicacy perceptible only to those willing to play this spoiled girl’s game. This perfume is always nocturnal, always with a strategy; it never goes unnoticed. My favourite!
This perfume was a wonderful surprise. I was looking for a sweet, vanilla-scented fragrance with blackberry (I think it’s an exquisite smell), and in fact, I was hunting for Yes I Am Fabulous to try, but I couldn’t find it anywhere in my country. So, searching for those notes online, I came across this and ordered it blindly. It smells beautiful; it’s basically a fragrance that is: blackberry with whipped cream and vanilla, but delicious. All its notes in just the right measure. It’s not cloying, not invasive. It’s very simple, but ultra-feminine. The sillage is moderate and the longevity is much greater than I expected, around 8 hours on the skin, and a bit more on clothes. I truly recommend it for everyday wear.
A total surprise. I was looking for something sweet and vanilla-infused with blackcurrant, an exquisite scent. I wanted Yes I Am Fabulous but it wasn’t available in my country, so I searched for those notes online and found this blindly. It smells lovely: blackcurrant with whipped cream and vanilla, all delicious. The notes are in perfect balance; it’s not cloying or invasive. It’s simple yet ultra-feminine. The sillage is moderate and the longevity exceeded my expectations, about 8 hours on skin and longer on clothes. I recommend it for everyday wear.
This perfume is delicious! The combination of red fruits with the milk mousse makes it perfect, just as its name suggests, the mystery, because in its dry down you feel a sweet vanilla, but, I haven’t smelled it in any other perfume. It’s one of my favourites in my collection.
Totally sweet; at first, it reminds me of blackberry caramel or even a lollipop, and I perceive that scent most of the time. Sadly, my favourite part is the last one, which seems to take quite a while to arrive: a vanilla base that retains that mousse and the blackberry but now feels like a rather elegant cake. I think this is where the ‘mystery’ lies. I wouldn’t buy it, because I don’t like the caramel scent.
It’s a delicious perfume! Its first phase is dulce de leche with blackberry and finishes by becoming vanilla. In short, it smells like a vanilla mousse with blackberry! Tasty. Highly recommended; the sillage is soft to medium depending on the season and sprays. If you like sweets, you’ll love it.
This perfume and I never got along. I bought it blindly, guided by the notes. It smells delicious, yet it gave me a headache all day while wearing it. I recommend testing it before buying; I ended up gifting it to my sister.
It’s a sumptuously creamy and rich aroma, like delicious blackberry yoghurt with some powdery notes that make it very sexy and elegant. However, the longevity and sillage leave much to be desired; it’s quite weak, which is a point to consider.
This perfume leaves me with mixed feelings. I hate the opening; the blackberry and neroli give an intense smell like bathroom air freshener or those purple toilet cubes, but then the flowers emerge and it smells lovely. It’s in this phase that people have praised it. But the best part is the dry down; it smells like vanilla cream with neroli, like a chilled dessert at the end of a delicious dinner. In this stage, I can’t stop smelling my skin because it feels so good. It’s worth waiting for the dry down, but I wish Signorina Misteriosa 2.0 existed without the current opening notes. If you’re looking for something with a distinct blackberry scent, this definitely fits.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this perfume! It smells like pure blackberry jam!! ♥, which then blends with dulce de leche mousse, vanilla, and just the right touch of well-balanced patchouli to make it an exclusively gourmand fragrance ❤ It has excellent sillage and longevity; it lasts for hours on the skin, while on clothes… ugh! until you wash them.
I don’t know why I thought I’d smell like Alien (which smells like grapes to me) or my beloved My Way, but in the end, all I noticed was a strong plastic ball scent with a grape note. It’s so potent it actually gives me a headache.
It’s sweet, but I found it cloying.
I love it because, although I’m not the most knowledgeable nose, I perfectly perceive every note. At first, there’s lots of blackberry, very acidic. Minutes pass and the flowers appear. Then the dulce de leche mousse and the vanilla (soft) take centre stage, a delicious and simple combination. It’s very sweet; if you don’t like it, you’ll surely find it cloying.
I’ve been looking for the perfect blackberry perfume for ages; this search was long. Today I received it (blind buy based on the notes) and it’s been a rollercoaster. First, I loved it, I thought I’d found it, but I think I’m still missing something. For now, I like it and I love the sweet, vanilla-lactonic base and the blackberry touch, but I find it too floral, especially due to the tuberose. I’m not disgusted by it, but it gives me a slight headache. It reminds me of the opening of L’Interdit or Fakhar Rose, but with blackberry and a creamier, gourmand base. It hasn’t lasted too long (though none of mine usually last long). I just opened it, I’ll see how it evolves. I was scared of the patchouli, but fortunately, I don’t smell it.
I bought it blindly and now I have three from this line: Eleganzza, Eau de Toilette, and this Misteriosa. None disappointed me; they’re rich, elegant, and all-rounder. The last one felt a bit short on longevity (4 hours), but nothing serious; I’m not bothered by reapplying. As a gourmand fan, I was fascinated. It’s a love-hate perfume: you either adore it or you don’t. I found it at a good price ($600 MXN) and it was a hit. I received three compliments at work in three days, which counts for a lot as I like not to be overwhelming. I only smell blackberry, a mousse base, and black vanilla. I don’t perceive the other notes, perhaps I’ll discover them with time. It was shorter than expected, but as a fan of aromas that say ‘you want to eat that dessert’, I loved it. I get compliments and my people like it. I recommend it, but not blindly because to some tastes, colours differ. It’s not a gold coin for everyone, but if you like fine desserts and lactonic notes, yes it is! I’d give it an 8 for trail and longevity: it lasts 4 hours, acceptable for my split day of morning and afternoon without reapplication hassles.
At first, it smells like unripe blackberries, acidic and fresh, not sweet at all. As it dries down, it sweetens, but it’s a soft sweetness, almost natural, like jam with a little honey. Nothing sugary or artificial, but you can definitely smell the ‘perfume’. It’s floral and soapy, but pleasant. They say if you have Kate Spade’s New York Sparkle, it’s redundant to have this. Sparkle is my favourite, so I couldn’t resist. I didn’t find similarities in the notes; Sparkle is soft, elegant, clean, and sweet, while this is natural, fresh, and spicier. Even two weeks later, in the dry down, I detected an almost identical aroma to Sparkle: a very light blackberry yoghurt. They’re different experiences. If you like Sparkle, you’ll probably like this, but it’s not something I’d buy again when the bottle runs out. Trail and longevity are moderate, about 4 to 5 hours at most. The acidic blackberry scent lasts half of that and I like it.
I fell in love with this perfume. It smells like blackberry jam with whipped cream and vanilla, super gourmand, sweet, and creamy. It has a touch of patchouli that adds elegance (in just the right measure, not invasive or minty).
When I first apply it, there’s a potent blackberry note, but within minutes it’s enveloped by the mousse. Afterwards, I only smell vanilla and mousse that last all day; it smells like traditional dulce de leche with a light, fruity floral base. It’s very gourmand, luxurious, attractive, and delicate. The longevity is good.
It smells exactly like Escada’s Show Me Love, despite having different notes. I tried both, and in Signorina Misteriosa there’s no evolution; it’s linear until the end, just softer than those first 30 minutes where the blackberries are strong. If you’re looking for a dupe for Show Me Love, try this. It smells rich, but it’s not an aroma that will blow your mind.
I thought it would be overly sweet and give me a headache, but it doesn’t. It wears well and is pleasant. You can smell the blackberry with white flowers, not so much tuberose or jasmine. The notes are synthetic, like most designer perfumes; sometimes it smells like a new rubber ball or a brand-new plastic doll, but it’s still agreeable. It’s not blackberry yoghurt, but rather fruity-vanilla. It’s versatile, not just for elegant dates, but whenever you fancy wearing it.
Signorina Misteriosa is one of my favourites from the brand and my collection. It’s incredibly versatile, suitable for day and night in any season. It smells sweet, fruity, and lactonic; what I notice most is blackberry, milk mousse, vanilla, and patchouli. It gives off that dark feminine vibe, so if you’re looking for that style, it’s perfect.
