  I bought it yesterday at the Zara in Valencia, the 2018 batch. It fits Zara’s premise: good, pretty, and cheap for frequent use, meant to be worn and used up quickly to keep consuming. Made with medium-to-low quality materials, the result is a scent that is sweet, spicy, and a bit loud. Is the tobacco noticeable? In my case, barely. Does it last long? Just enough. About 4 or 5 hours before needing to reapply and start thinking about buying another bottle. Is it worth it? At €12.95, the value for money is quite acceptable. Ideal for autumn and winter on those days when you’re not sure what to wear to run errands.

  It’s a perfume that doesn’t put me off, but it doesn’t make me love it either. Suitable for daily office wear on cooler days, as it can become overpowering if overapplied. The apple note evaporates quickly, offering no real citrus or fruity character. It’s more spiced, with noticeable pepper wrapped in that tonka bean that softens it and adds a very light sweetness. Without that, it would be excessively sharp. Value for money is good, especially if you find the Tobacco Collection pack which includes ‘Rich Warm Addictive’; that one is genuinely excellent.   I don’t know what the old version was like, but this 2018 one has nothing to envy: it smells the same as it will all day after just a few sprays. It’s a tonka base with a cheap apple on top trying to freshen it up. The performance is mediocre, leaning towards poor; it’s not one of Zara’s decent offerings.
