Coconut with honey, simple and charming, nothing more to say. The best of the Tobacco Collection. God’s plan 🦉
Excellent fragrance at a ridiculous price; by the quality, it should cost three or four times more. Zara lacks fame for fragrances that don’t last, but this one lasts me at least six hours with a moderate trail. The scent reminds me of a childhood cajeta palette. Ideal for mild weather or with little cold, it goes great for casual occasions.
I see many reviews saying it has honey and coconut, but it’s been two years since the reformulation. Now it’s basically rum and vanilla. It’s still good, but I definitely prefer the previous version.
Today I tried this wonder. A wonder for the price and performance. They say it’s one of the best tobacco fragrances on the market. It opens with honeyed tobacco, sweet and cosy, and stays this way when it dries down. The coconut is very light, only felt at the end; what predominates is the pipe tobacco with those vanilla touches that make it addictive. Lasts about six hours, double on clothes. Projection is medium-low, depending on the sprays. For the price, it was impossible for it not to be in my collection.
If you like masculine fragrances, I do not recommend Rich Warm Addictive. For me, it’s too sweet; the tobacco is barely noticeable, very subtle. What I’ve picked up most are the vanilla notes and the rum; no trace of coconut. I have the new batch. On skin, it lasts peacefully for 6-7 hours and projects well for the first two hours with a moderate trail. For the price, it’s more than recommended, ideal for cold and casual days.
Hello, Zara, Tobacco Collection, the trend of the moment. Rich Warm Addictive follows the success of the vanilla trend. It opens majestously, sweet and heavy, with its own personality. Original notes, strong and noticeable development with sandalwood, coconut and vanilla. As it dries, the vanilla takes over the sweetness. If you like vanillas, buy it. It accompanies you all day with a strong presence without needing many sprays. The downside: my wife and I wondered if it was for men or women. It’s so sweet that when it dries down it feels unisex, which I didn’t like. Recommended purchase? Yes. Target audience? Gentlemen aged 25+ who like sweet scents. Context? Night party in autumn. Attractive? Yes, although the scent loses impact due to overuse.
Recommended value for money. I have the reformulated version and it lasts six hours well. Some say it’s feminine, but I don’t see it that way. To me, it smells like sweet black rum, like Arehucas, with honey. At €17, which comes with another perfume, it’s a total hit.
Very pleasant for the price. It’s sweet, with the only fear being that it might become too cloying. I recommend it without hesitation.
Exquisite and cheap. Totally unisex, it’s a coconut with honey and tobacco notes, creamy and enveloping. It dries down to vanilla, even if they don’t say so. I’m waiting for the cold weather to use it properly. It has an air of Banana Republic’s Tobacco & Tonka, but this is less cloying and the tobacco comes through more.
Without a doubt, the best from Zara so far. Instant love, a proper ‘waaaaauuu’. On my skin, it’s potent, gourmand and perfect for the cold. Very long-lasting, which is rare for this brand. Be careful with the sprays, you could kill someone. Smells of strong, sweet honey with a woody and alcoholic touch. A total pleasure. The price is ridiculous; if it were from another brand, they’d sell it as an expensive niche fragrance.
Smoked honey with an alcoholic touch, for very cold climates. Lasts over seven hours on me. A very sweet fragrance, not very versatile but pleasant for those who love sweet scents without many changes from the opening until it disappears. Three or four sprays are enough. To avoid saturating myself, I use it occasionally combined with CK One Shock to add a touch of tobacco.
A Zara perfume that is definitely worth it. It smells sweet; I see it as unisex although it leans more towards the feminine side. Lasts about six hours in any weather.
Most similar to a Jack Daniels Honey perfume: honey, tobacco, and whisky. In the background, you smell coconut and wood. For value for money, it must be one of the best from Zara.
Simply exquisite! It lasts over 13 hours on my skin, it’s super sweet and alcoholic. On my skin I don’t notice the tobacco, but it’s wonderful.
Economic joy: starts with an alcoholic touch like whisky, reminding me of tiramisu at first. It evolves and becomes sweet and vanilla-scented, a rich aroma. It lasts 7-9 hours; initially with a wide projection, then at shoulder level, but in my case it reactivates at five hours.
I love it. I would buy it again; the only flaw is that it can be very cloying, like Ángel Men. I adore the vanilla cream trail it leaves. I bought two because Zara tends to discontinue perfumes, although this one stays. I suppose they make a profit from the sales. It’s very good and the rum, honey, coconut, and vanilla notes are noticeable. It stands out from the rest of Zara, it’s intoxicating, lasts a long time, and has great projection. The best from Zara for me alongside Warm Black.
It has nothing to do with the others, although I don’t know who created it, it’s a marvel. No cloyingness at all, special for winter, warm and it brings me joy. I recommend it.
I have the new 2021 version: here there is no coconut, but rum. Plenty of rum! Be warned, the opening is brutal and smells like an old drunkard. Wait 15 minutes for it to dry down. It lasts over six hours; it’s not a bomb but it leaves a trail. Ideal for cold nights when you want something appropriate but want to save your expensive perfume for another occasion. Better with the Intense Dark Exclusive pack, which is similar to CH 212 Vip. Good value for money. EDIT 2025: not worth it.
I’m sorry, but it just didn’t work for me. I gave it two chances and couldn’t pull it off. It feels too sweet; on my skin it smells like suntan lotion. I can’t see any occasion to wear it; simply it’s not to my taste. The coconut and honey notes are very prominent, but it’s just not for me.
Joyazo from Zara: proves you don’t need to splash out to smell incredible. This year I’ve seen outrageously expensive perfumes that smell worse and last less than this Rich Warm Addictive. I’m already on my second bottle; I love it, and men find it wonderful too. It’s warm, slightly sweet without being cloying, that cosy scent I seek in autumn. This year it will be my companion to spray on all my scarves.
A sweet and intimate perfume. I had great sex thanks to it because it makes girls want to nibble your neck when you wear it. I see it mainly as a nighttime scent and nothing cloying.
Exquisite fragrance, an olfactory delight; I couldn’t stop smelling my wrist when I wore it. I bought it and saved it for a special occasion; I popped the trigger for New Year’s 2023 and boom! A bomb of delicious aromas. Projection and longevity are surprising for such a low price. Recommended 100% if you’re looking for great olfactory experiences; it must be in your collection. I don’t think it’s for daily use, but the only place I don’t see it is at the gym.
It smells delicious; in my case… poor longevity on skin and clothes, and it smells almost identical to Carolina Herrera’s 212 VIP. I haven’t seen it compared to this fragrance, but for me, they are nearly identical.
One of the best from Zara, perhaps the best of the entire house. It lasts 12 hours on skin with minimal application. The fragrance is very well crafted: consistent, harmonious, with no note dominating; you can smell the tobacco with a chocolate-like sweetness, and over time the woods take over. Given the price and longevity, highly recommended.
Totally unisex. Spectacular fragrance, top quality, and brutal performance, surpassing many designer EDPs. Without a doubt, one of Zara’s favourites.
If you like coconut, buy this because on my skin, that sweet coconut stands out from start to finish, which I can’t stand, but it’s a safe choice if you don’t know what to wear because it’s cheerful. It lasts about 5 to 7 hours on skin depending on the amount, and on clothes until you wash them. It’s totally unisex.
Mid-2022 batch. I’ve been with Zara in the low-cost segment for years. Due to the short longevity and projection, I used to empty spray bottles onto clothes to make them last longer. Many are clones or inspired by others, but this Rich Warm I’ve never heard of in another brand; it’s one of the few ‘semi-originals’. Exquisite aroma, with a masculine unisex vibe that suits a man better. Of all I’ve tried, this is the one I’d keep forever, alongside Gourmand Leather, because they perform almost like a good EDP. It’s not sweet; it’s honeyed fruity with woody undertones, with a serious vibe, not youthful or party-oriented, but crafted with intention, almost niche. It’s not light; it’s one of Zara’s best. Enchanting; women fall in love when they smell it on a man. It inspires good vibes. Performance: I tested it at midnight and it was still on my skin at ten the next day, even reactivating with heat. Great sillage and I suspect it projects more than one might feel. It deserves all my recognition. Usage: versatile, daytime for fresh climates and nighttime for the cold. Informal or semi-formal. Cost: it’s a bargain; I got it in a pack with Tobacco Collection, also recommended. When Zara wants to offer something refined, they do it well. Not everything is worth it, but they have jewels. I just hope it lasts much longer.
Hello! I love it; it’s exactly the kind of scent I was looking for: warm and sweet. On my skin, it’s linear, doesn’t last long, and leaves little trail, but I can’t complain given the price. It smells super sweet and dense, almost sticky, like honey and coconut caramel (even though it’s not listed, I can definitely smell it). It’s informal, fun, and perfect for cold weather; it puts you in a good mood day and night. I’d like it to last longer, but you can’t ask much for the price. They’re all unisex if you like them. Very pleasant and recommended. Greetings from Argentina.
I absolutely love it; it smells incredibly unique and people have asked me a thousand times what I’m wearing. It’s rich and unisex, but be warned: it has a feminine touch that only becomes apparent if you feel confident. Still, it shares the same issue as all Zara perfumes: it doesn’t last or project much. Otherwise, it’s a triumph.
As always, Zara perfumery fades away in the blink of an eye; this one clings only to the skin. It’s a massive shame because it smells divine, yet it projects nothing, not even after two minutes. I really hope they launch an Elixir version, as I always assume they will.
If a man wears it, he must do so with confidence and know it’s unisex. On a woman, it’s extremely sexy. When we’ve used several bottles of alcohol, sticky and sweet residues remain on the cap; if you add a subtle tobacco leaf and creamy vanilla to that scent, that’s what you can expect. If you like perfumes like ‘Intense Cafe’, you’ll love this one.
Zara releases thousands of fragrances a week, but this is one of the few I recommend (if they haven’t discontinued it, as they are also pioneers in that regard). If you like gourmand scents, it’s a delight. For cold weather, though you can use it all year if you don’t mind what people say. At £15.95, you’ll enjoy it. Rum, honey, bourbon vanilla, and coconut… just thinking about it makes me hungry. I have almost a full bottle and am making a backup in case they discontinue it, because while it’s available, I won’t be short.
What a delicacy, gentlemen. It’s one of those scents you don’t know if you like at first, but over time you end up loving them. I’m not sure if it improves with time or if my tastes change, but it smells of honey, tobacco, coconut, vanilla, and woods mixed in an addictive and enveloping way. Longevity is very good, over 12 hours on skin, it passes the sheet test. I consider it unisex, although not everyone will like it, precisely because it sits right in the middle.
What a performance bomb! Incredible longevity and sillage, lasts even after a shower. The dry-down is exquisite, smelling of rich coconut cream that you want to eat. 1000 x 1000 recommended.
This perfume was the push I needed to step out of my comfort zone and try masculine fragrances. It’s not the typical wood or lavender; it has the perfect balance between rum, vanilla, and coconut: syrupy without being overwhelming. Longevity and sillage are brutal; lasts on clothes until the next day and on skin for 10 to 12 hours. It projects well. The wood is subtle and accompanies the tobacco with excellent evolution. When Zara wants to, it creates delicious jewels that rival high-end perfumes.
Very rich and decent. The performance is mediocre, but at this price, you just reapply and you’re good. Recommended.
It’s my favourite perfume, but it’s a pity it has such poor sillage and longevity. I’ve been looking for something more expensive that smells the same or similar, but I always come back to this, despite it being lower quality.
I like it but it doesn’t make me fall in love, though I’m glad to have it. It’s a moderate sweet with an adult character, which is rare in budget fragrances. I detect the honey more as cane molasses, which suits me better than typical honey. The tobacco is subtle, like dry leaf before the barrel-aged rum covers it. Ideal for the January slump, when you want to escape the cold and feel like you’re in a tropical place with a coconut in your hand.
Please, someone needs to create a better version of this: including longevity and sillage. It drives me and men crazy, but the performance is terrible… Oh dear! Please, let an Arab brand make a workhorse-inspired tribute to this.
First time with Zara and what a coincidence: a colleague gifted it to me, swearing it gave him headaches, so he passed it on. Smells like a boozy dessert, like a rum cake, very indulgent and warm with honey and coconut notes, although the tobacco from its name is barely noticeable. The downside is it lasts very little; smells great at first but then disappears as if it never existed. Rating: 6/10
