  Straight out of the bottle, the first thing you notice is roasted chestnut with a touch of milky caramel, followed by a grassy note I didn’t expect; it’s not unpleasant, but it recalls those childhood remedies. At first, it might not take to you, though on my skin it’s less noticeable. In the mid-stage, it smells of alcohol mixed with vanilla and that initial sweet caramel, while the grass fades. I’d wear it in autumn or mild winters, as there are more potent options for deep cold. It lasts about six hours on my skin, but the trail is moderate, almost soft; many say it’s good, but I don’t feel it that way. It’s pleasant, but the hype is unjustified. Don’t buy it blindly just for that herbal and boozy note; test how it evolves on your skin.

  I’m sorry to say it, but on my nose it’s a generic sweetness without any charm. Not for me.

  What a fantastic fragrance! Created when gourmands weren’t all the rage. If you sniff it without checking the date, you might think there’s nothing special about it, because nowadays, wherever you sniff, it smells gourmand. What does it smell like? To creamy nut, even more creamy nut and vanillaised. It reminds me of the scent of Christmas apple salad, dairy with nuts… just like that. Ideal for fresh to cold days. For now, it feels linear; we’ll see later. Lattafa’s Brioche is an inspiration for this perfume and also reminds me of a slice of mango cake from Gula Perfumes. Lots of nutty aroma, warm vanilla bread with milk.

Creamy nut with even more creamy nut and a touch of vanilla. It reminds me of the scent of a Christmas apple salad, dairy with nuts… exactly like that. Ideal for fresh to cold days. Lots of aroma, like nut, warm vanilla bread with milk.
