I stumbled upon this by chance at a Tj Maxx in Berlin this winter; I wasn’t entirely convinced as there were no testers, but the box caught my eye and the name Trocadero sounded familiar, so for around £25 I took it home. It was a hit of pure luxury: something magical, simple and rich, with a scent I had never smelled before. So pure, so clean and so fruity, yet with that chic touch that feels like a rich, unique explosion. I terribly regret not buying another bottle. If you see it, buy it. It is still mango and apricot, but it is a blend that goes far beyond simple fruity notes.
