Tulaytulah is a very peculiar fragrance, and the final result wasn’t quite as good. On paper, when I first tried it, it seemed almost perfect: realistic almond notes, well accompanied by cherry, vanilla and suede, with a floral base dominated by frangipani giving it an exotic, semi-gourmand and exquisite touch. However, on skin it smells completely different and worse; on mine, cypress, anise and frangipani dominate, creating a scent very similar to the tip of a blackboard marker (due to the green/metallic almond), plus a beachy accord of sand with sunscreen. In short, it went from being an incredible discovery to a disappointment. I highlight the originality of the scent and the presentation. Perhaps it would suit a woman’s skin better, but I’m left with a strange sensation and the illusion of having known that aroma on paper. Rating: 9/10 on paper, 5.5/10 on skin
