I can’t find any Oud notes anywhere; vetiver and pepper take the lead. It’s a strictly old-school masculine scent, nothing for anyone under 40. A classic, bitter, and elegant fragrance, very potent and perfect if you’re tired of sweet perfumes.

Not at all. It smells like another Jacques Bogart fragrance, the OMS Oud Edition, just a bit less intense but with that strange sense of decrepitude and rot. Tremendous NO, besides, it reminds me of insecticide.

I’m not an Oud expert, but the vetiver really takes the lead here with a dark, non-classic twist. While the atmosphere is stately, it doesn’t feel dated; perfect for a semi-formal event. It’s not for those seeking chaos, but for the price, I think it’s acceptable. It suits men aged 35 to 50 well.
