I’m not an expert, but this gem is pure elegance. It arrived as a divine gift: warm and musky. I remember my Dolce Vita from 1998, and this smells very similar but ten times more potent at first. Absolutely essential for chilly days! A single spray (safer than it gives me a migraine) leaves an enormous trail. On my skin: the first two hours are unshakeable, then it evolves into a tobacco scent for another two hours (my favourite phase), and from four to seven hours it leaves a soft haze that sticks to the nose. After that, nothing. As perfumes don’t last long on my skin, anything lasting over six hours is a miracle.
