Spectacular, sexy, sexy, sexy. A perfect amber in its sweetest, most appetising and seductive facet to the max. Conceptually it recalls Baccarat Rouge 540: an undefined sweet scent but extremely captivating, unisex but leaning feminine. Honestly, it’s the sweetest I’ve smelled so far, simply incredible. Grand Soir, Ambre Sultan and Blonde Amber: an amber trifecta.
Wow, a dynamic and explosive fragrance, a total experience. Absolutely intoxicating! Definitely the best from the brand so far. I love ambers. My nose feels it fresh; that initial explosion with spices and frankincense is intense and rich in depth. The dried fruits and delicate flowers are noticeable. It leans feminine, but as a man I would wear it: it’s unisex, smells rich and luxurious.
Wow, dynamic explosive fragrance, total nogasmic experience! Absolutely intoxicating. It’s definitely the standout of all I’ve discovered from the brand so far. I love ambers. My nose senses it as fresh and that initial explosion was so intense with spices and incense, absolutely rich in depth. Dried fruits are noticeable everywhere with the delicate flowers. I feel it leans feminine, but as a man I’d wear it because it’s unisex enough, smells so rich and luxurious.
A work of art, a superior olfactory experience. Really: smoked orange, woody, honeyed, with many exquisite nuances very well integrated. It has a softness and at the same time a very sexual intensity that integrates brilliantly with the skin. After an hour it resembles the scent of exquisite skin: skin returning from the beach at 5 pm, bronzed, flushed, heated… the scent of desired skin, universal, of past or dreamed times… The best perfume for intimate moments I’ve tried.
Pure art. Top olfactory experience. Smoked orange, wood, honey… exquisite nuances integrated. Soft but intense, very sexual, it melts with the skin. At night it smells like beach skin at 5pm: bronzed, red, hot. Desired aroma, universal, of past or dreamed times. The best for intimacy I’ve tried.
Something exquisitely exquisite, long-lasting and projecting ufff. They need to know it was a blind buy for $674.10, a tremendous risk and I got lucky. I wish it were my signature, but it costs an arm and a leg. Now my sights are set on Town & Country or Rock Rose.
This is the best I’ve smelled in years; it blew my mind and I’m straight for the 50cl (one minute of silence for my financial stability RIP). Nobody can resist this: at first it seems ambered and spiced, but ha ha, nothing could be further from the truth. Sniff it a bit more and some indescribable magic happens; vibrant, energetic notes arrive that have nothing to do with what came before, a bitter orange and pepper mixed with tonka bean and rum… Bua, an I N C R E I B L E combination. Sweet, bitter, dark, spiced, tipsy, smoky… all together. Brutal, a 10. I never experienced this with Guidance. In short: for me it’s masculine by definition. Zero versatility for occasions, it’s 200% formal and for cool or fresh temperate climates. Scent: 9.5, longevity: 8.5, trail: 9. Price: better not ask XD, 550 euros/50ml. SOS, armed robbery.
The best thing I’ve smelled in years; it blew my mind and I’m straight for the 50cl (a minute’s silence for my financial stability RIP). No one resists: at first it seems ambered and spiced, but ha ha ha, nothing could be further from the truth. You sniff a little more and magic happens: vibrant, energetic notes, nothing like the previous impression, a bitter orange and pepper mixed with tonka bean and rum… Bua, an incredible combination. Sweet, bitter, dark, spiced, liquor-soaked, smoky… all together. Brutal. A 10. This didn’t happen with Guidance. In summary: for me, it’s masculine by definition. It’s a bomb: amber, dried fruits, and that touch of liquor. The price is sky-high, but if you find a bargain, jump in without hesitation.
To me, it’s the most luxurious scent of all time.
PERSONAL ANALYSIS (in case it helps someone): 1. Versatility: can be worn in all seasons and day or night, but it’s too formal. 2. Longevity: over 8 hours. 3. Trail and projection: it has a moderate trail but projects very well. 4. Personal affinity: it doesn’t fit my tastes, I wouldn’t buy it again. I’ve used it only once in the last 3 months.
Call me crazy, but right after applying it with Xerjoff Xerjoff notes in hand I found a certain similarity. Now in its dry down they take different paths. Blonde Amber is seductive, unisex and powerful; the notes conjugate totally. On my skin I think the myrrh and incense stand out more than the other notes, and after half an hour that fruity part starts to emerge, giving a hint of ‘smoked’ in a good way. I perceive it as very pleasant, a unique, enigmatic fragrance with lots of character. Those interested should know it’s not created to please everyone. Additionally, its price is quite high, so you must appreciate this perfumery work greatly to acquire it. That said, you’ll surely carry a unique piece of great quality. Its longevity is very good, though conservative in trail; if you apply more than 4 sprays, it should be ample.
Call me crazy, but next to Xerjoff’s Naxos, I noticed a certain similarity at first; later, they take different paths. Blonde Amber is a seductive, potent unisex: the notes blend well. On my skin, the myrrh and frankincense stand out after half an hour, revealing that fruity side with a pleasant smoky touch. It’s unique, enigmatic, and characterful, so bear in mind it’s not for everyone. The price is high, so consider this masterpiece carefully before purchasing. It’s a quality jewel with good longevity, although the sillage is conservative; if you apply more than 4 sprays, the projection will be wide.
PERSONAL ANALYSIS (in case it helps you): 1. Versatility: suitable for all seasons, day and night, but it’s too formal. 2. Longevity: more than 8 hours. 3. Sillage and projection: moderate sillage but projects very well. 4. Personal affinity: it doesn’t fit my tastes; I wouldn’t buy it again and have only worn it once in the last three months.
,Intense and seductive, very oriental with that unctuous texture of liquor and resins that evokes perfumes from decades ago. The quality smells and lasts incredibly well, though the price is also noticeable. It’s a more approachable and manageable amber without losing its imposing strength, clear and bright as its name suggests. Projection and longevity are excellent. I don’t buy more than my 2ml because I have other fragrances for those moments, but I recommend trying it and I don’t rule out buying it again.
