Richard Ibanez’s journey in the fragrance industry took off in 1986 when he developed his first significant scent for the brand Divine. He continued collaborating with Divine on several occasions in 2005 and 2006. In 1993, Richard drew even more attention by creating two perfumes for Sonia Rykiel, and later distinguished himself with the creation of Pure Lavender for Azzaro in 2001. His career truly accelerated with the development of Ibiza Hippie and Into The Blue for Escada in 2003 and 2006, respectively. Since then, Richard Ibanez has established creative collaborations with some of the world’s most prominent brands. His diverse portfolio includes creations for Marc O'Polo, Lalique, Jovoy Paris, Jaguar, Grès, Azzaro and many others.
