More leather than Cuir Garamante, featuring a soft, balsamic suede. The rose stands out, enhanced by aldehydes and complicated by spices, particularly saffron, which balances everything with a creamy sandalwood and incense, all slightly tonka-infused to round it off. The most interesting aspect is the opening, as it dries down a bit linearly and evolves little. The overall composition is very well balanced, has personality, and the quality is evident. That said, it lacks projection and character, making it ideal for daytime wear. I find it very wearable and a pleasant unisex scent. From this house, I still prefer the fougère from Invasion Barbare.
