Unlike other reviews, Kenneth Cole seems to me an underrated brand. If you want to buy blind, this is the brand and at a ridiculously low price. I’ve done it four times and it has never let me down. This Mankind might come across as slightly generic and vintage, but never of low quality; basically it’s a woody fragrance with a spicy touch, perfect for the office, for anyone already working and leaning towards formal without being boring. It gives off the vibe of a serious, focused yet witty and sparky person. It lasts about 3 to 5 hours, which for this style is just right.
Contrary to what others say, Kenneth Cole is an underrated brand. If you want to buy blind, this is the safe and affordable option; I’ve done it four times and was never disappointed. This Mankind may seem generic and vintage, but it’s never low quality: it’s a woody fragrance with a spicy kick, perfect for the office. It gives off the vibe of someone serious and focused, yet with a spark and a wit. It lasts about 3-5 hours, which is just right for this style.

@efrensil, hello colleague, first I agree with you: I tried Kenneth Cole fragrances, this one and Man kind hero, and they are the most synthetic, plastic and cheap I’ve ever tested. There’s nothing surprising or daring; they are generic and boring scents that border on disappointing and clichéd, to the point I’d dare say they’re poorly made. Seriously, one has to try hard to make something so bad and without a joke. I also bought it blind and am keeping it to scent the bathroom after eating caldo gallego. Best wishes, friend. Synthetic fragrance. I consider that the vast majority of Kenneth Cole products are not good, including this one. I don’t care if they give little bubbles or not; what matters is being honest: I regretted buying it blind. It’s silly, dull, generic and linear. On my part, I don’t recommend it.
A brand that knows what it’s doing. Smells beastly; that cedar and pineapple combo is brutal. Some might say it’s a familiar scent, but I couldn’t care less—the performance is on another level. I’ve spent 280 on other fragrances and here only 40, yet I’ve received equal or better compliments from the girls. Look, they don’t care if it’s expensive or cheap, just that it smells great and suits you perfectly. If you start talking about price and brand details, you’ll just come across as a clod and a killjoy.
What a lovely fragrance! I detect a strong similarity to La Nuit de l’Homme, but it’s creamier with a much better performance on my skin. Worth noting: exquisite aroma and lasting note. Best wishes to everyone.
