Smells like a women’s perfume, like rose oil but powdery. Longevity and trail are moderate.
The longevity on clothes is brutal, lasting between 12 and 18 hours. The trail is powerful for the first few hours at arm’s length, but becomes moderate when walking. The opening is strong, with alcohol and a car air freshener vibe, but settles down after 15 minutes to reveal powdery, sweet roses. At its peak, around two hours in, it is simply the best; after four hours, it turns into a soft baby powder. It’s an 80% for her and passable for him, plain and simple.
I bought this for Valentine’s Day. At first, it reminds me of Lattafa’s Maahir: a strong rose opening without the leather, very pleasant on skin. The violet adds harmony; it’s perfect for evening and cold weather. There’s a noticeable talc note, with a warm amber base that makes it formal. Update after a month: now it smells oxygenated and wonderful, less closed-in, better harmony, more feminine, and it lasts a long time.
