You’ll get told off for not being Naxos, but the truth is this doesn’t aim to copy it 100%, just its dry-down. It’s flat from start to finish, missing those elegant citrus notes and the distinctive lavender of Naxos, but it makes up for it by being more projecty, noticeable and party-ready. Not for serious work, but a 10 at a party. Smells of honey, smoked tobacco and spices; sweeter and spicier than Naxos, but not quite Khamrah. Inspired by Naxos but with its own personality. If you want something almost identical with those flying citrus notes, try Rayhaan Italia, but this is more noticeable and lasts much longer than that fleeting Rayhaan sigh. If you don’t like sweet scents, this isn’t for you, but it’s a good perfume.
They’ll tell you it’s not Naxos, question its quality or call it synthetic, but Naxos is also a laboratory emulsion. The truth is this doesn’t aim to copy it 100%, just matches its flat dry-down. It lacks Naxos’s elegant citrus notes (which last half an hour) and the lavender that gives it distinction, but this is more projecty, noticeable and party-ready. Not serious for work, but a 10 at a party. Smells of honey, smoked tobacco and spices. Inspired by Naxos but with its own personality. If you want something almost identical, try Rayhaan Italia, but those citrus notes fly. If you’re looking for something noticeable and party-ready like Naxos’s dry-down, go for this. If you don’t like sweet scents, you won’t like it. It’s good and lasts much longer than Rayhaan Italia, which lasts a mere sigh.
I bought it blind and was blown away by the blend of lemon, cinnamon and tobacco. It’s sweet, unisex but with more masculine punch; perfect for women aged 25 to 40 or men, especially for dates or intimate encounters, particularly at night. In short: nocturnal and cold. Longevity: 9-12 hours; it’s an extract that shows on clothes, absolute madness. Sillage: with the tobacco, cinnamon and lemon in the dry-down, it’s a bomb; I give it 8-10. Disadvantages: not for everything, nor daily use; it’s an ace up the sleeve, a secret weapon that needs to be used wisely. Price: niche-quality inspiration from XJ NAXOS 1861, for just $45 on Amazon; you’re missing out.

At 18 or 20 dollars, don’t buy it; it smells 95% like Naxos, perhaps a tiny bit sweeter. Incredible quality; it doesn’t surpass the original but doesn’t disappoint like other Arabic fragrances. Notable projection; worth it if you like that DNA.
