The opening is absolutely brilliant; it puts you in a good mood instantly and makes you keep saying ‘what a wonder!’. Sparkling, floral, citrusy and clean, a true marvel. The downside is that once it settles, only the white flowers remain: at first in abundance, then clearly lily of the valley, becoming more linear until it borders on being a bit overwhelming. A good perfume, but it’s a pity it can’t sustain its exquisite opening.
If you’re looking for a feminine perfume that smells of flowers, especially jasmine, and leaves a trail, this is it. It has the typical Byredo class; everyone will notice you’re wearing perfume and it will make you feel better if you like white flowers. To me, it smells like Andalusia in spring 😉
This fragrance is a hit in the face with a bouquet of flowers, many and varied, a blend where it’s hard to distinguish one from the other, but they all smell so much that it just smells of flowers. I like it, I use it, but I don’t love it; it doesn’t say anything special to me, even though I like florals. It was a disappointment because it was a hit of many flowers put together without combining or anything.
Light and flowers. Refreshes gently while green highlights appear, placing you in nature. A super respectful and oxygenated floral, but very rich and beautiful. It starts very citrusy, which I love. Then comes the calm and the white flowers settle: lily, magnolia… like water lilies dancing on the water. I see it alongside Do Son or Matin d’orage… Inflorescence is highly desirable.
