The clean version of a Baccarat Rouge-style profile. I never found the coconut water. Disappointing
A woody, clean and creamy fragrance at the same time. Above all, the coconut water note shines through, blended with the aldehydes, which initially make you think the scent will be very fresh and luminous… but right away the ambery-incensey part appears, making it warmer and more complex at the same time. It’s not a very dense scent in itself, but not light either, as despite always keeping a certain freshness it has quite a lot of body. If I had to describe it with two notes they would undoubtedly be coconut and sandalwood. The floral part is barely perceptible on my skin. Honestly it surprised me, but at the same time I realise the coconut water and incense note don’t quite work together on my skin, so it didn’t convince me enough to buy it. That said, I find it totally unisex and very versatile for occasions. Its performance is standard for Byredo on my skin. If you like the coconut water and sandalwood note, I recommend trying it (don’t blind buy it).
It’s like the premium version of Zara’s shamanilla and I mean that in the best way, it smells like LITERAL coconut water with citrusy, clean and vanilla touches
It has that soapy air from the aldehydes and the little touch of aquatic coconut in the opening that with the incense and sandalwood make it creamier and a bit darker, it’s not a refreshing coconut fragrance for summer; in fact in the base the ambery and dense part comes out that didn’t win me over. I find it perfect for in-between seasons, spring and autumn but it’s not something that blew my mind; we have similar scents on the market. In fact it reminded me of Thank U Next by A. Grande which curiously is also by Epinette.

It’s a woody, clean, and creamy blend. The coconut water note with aldehydes promises freshness and light, but soon the incense and amber warm it up and add complexity. It’s neither dense nor light; it has body and freshness. If I had to pick two notes, they’d be coconut and sandalwood. The floral aspect barely shows up on my skin. I was surprised by it, but I feel the coconut and incense don’t quite suit me, so it hasn’t convinced me to buy. It’s totally unisex and versatile. Its longevity is standard for Byredo. If you like coconut and sandalwood, try it before buying blind.
