  1. I absolutely love patchouli, though not everyone is convinced by it. In Argentina, the Anbar and Millanel versions are decent, but this Solinotes one seems excessively sweet, with a syrupy finish that’s very vanilla and caramelised.

Highly recommended: it lasts a long time and is worth the price. It’s an incredibly intense patchouli that also works well to boost other perfumes with that note, a real beauty. I’ve already picked up two bottles.

Highly recommended: it lasts for ages and is worth it for the price. It is a super intense patchouli that also serves to reinforce other perfumes with that note, a beauty. I have already taken two bottles.

  4. Review of the set I purchased: musk, coconut vanilla, patchouli, amber and blackberry. The presentation, colours and quality are above average; the money was well spent. The French know how to make exclusive fragrances. I am talking about the patchouli (Pogostemon cablin), similar to a large mint, with a fresh, sweet, balsamic oriental scent, nothing heavy but which makes a presence. They are not square or ugly essential oils. Watch out! It is for use alone or in combination, breaking my prejudices. It brings a green note and the patchouli, today really excellent, unisex and useful for separating scents in my database. The scent is so intense, special and sensual that once you smell it, you never forget it. Its fresh, sweet scent is unmistakable, for those who love fragrances and go one step further.

  5. A French collection of single notes, guaranteeing quality and featuring colourful bottles that showcase the best of perfumery. My favourite is the patchouli, the scent of my happy teenage years, those afternoons ‘smelling’ of patchouli oil at school. I bought it without hesitation and was delighted. It starts sweet, caramelised and green, before the heart note takes over: fantastic, vibrant and earthy without losing its sweet base. Excellent!

  6. My encounter with this Solinotes patchouli was entirely chance, born from a disagreement with another fragrance. As I left, indignant, I spotted the corner where these lines were kept, almost hidden. I returned, tested it on blotter and skin, and between the initial impact and the price, I took it without a second thought. It is a sweet, delicious patchouli from start to finish, accompanied by a vanilla that creates a warm, enveloping effect. It feels natural, with excellent performance: it projects strongly in the first few hours before settling close to the skin to be enjoyed. If you like patchouli, this is a very good option.
