I’ve finished it and just realised I hadn’t reviewed it. It’s super relaxing, but nothing more. The moment of smelling it upon application is the only thing that saves it. I think they should research more how to create fragrances for allergic skin with better performance. Otherwise, it’s throwing money away.

This little perfume doesn’t have much white tea about it, I think… It feels more citrusy than herbal (I’m thinking of tea as a leaf, not a fruit). The White Tea by Elizabeth Arden and The Blanc by Bvlgari, which are similar to each other, are different from this Solinotes. Still, it’s very lovely, fresh almost cold, clean, a bit citrusy, more carefree than formal. To my surprise, combined with Yuzu as the box suggests, it reminds me a lot of Jardin en Mediterranee by Hermes. Longevity and projection are average, which speaks very well of Solinotes in terms of price/quality, and it’s not a shame to reapply if necessary. It’s a good option for anyone seeking freshness without going for more classic scents or combinations.
It doesn’t feel… it’s rich but just a sigh 😔
It doesn’t feel like much… it’s rich but just a whisper 😔
Sparkling, fresh and citrusy. The top notes are acidic, with an undeniable presence of cardamom, citrus and sage. It’s not very persistent nor does it have a strong trail, but it’s ideal for layering. I use it with the Yuzu from the same brand and it really creates a novel, youthful, relaxed yet vibrant scent. It surprises those who have only known mass-market fragrances. It also works very interestingly combined with Tonka for an informal night. Worn alone or layered, it’s a great option to explore new territories at a very reasonable price.
