  • As a good friend would say… ‘Hey, Mum!’ Attention, this is polarising: you either love it or hate it. The opening is brutal with fresh pineapple, nothing Aventus-like, and on my skin it develops into a creamy coconut unlisted on the notes, turning it into a chic and tasty piña colada, the kind that takes you to fancy places. It’s a bit of nonsense, but understandable. Projection and trail are BRUTAL for the first two hours; if I overdo it (and yes, I do…). After an hour and a half it drops to a personal bubble, and from the fourth hour onwards it becomes very intimate. Lasts 5 hours, with the final notes fading to skin scent. Totally informal, smells like summer and holidays, unisex and with a young spirit (not youthful). I don’t like coconut, and strangely, I’m a fan of all-nighters, haha!

  • A homemade piña colada. At least at first, it’s like having one at a beach club in Cala Bassa. Then it evolves with a rich patchouli, floral notes, and a salty touch that make the drydown a delight. The opening isn’t my thing, but the drydown is spectacular. The whole IBIZA collection is very summery and playful.

  • Very keen to try it! As a fan of the Ibiza line I already own Sunset Cafe and La Isla Blanca and I was hoping to try a decant next week. EDIT: I have had a vial for several days and will now leave my opinion. I admit that I have loved the scent; it is exactly as defined a juicy tropical piña colada with green and vanilla touches very tasty and pleasant. Perhaps along with Sunset Cafe they are the easiest to wear. I see them as informal and for night use designed for having fun at night but they have elegant touches that make them versatile for dates or an afternoon out. I liked that it is not pigeonholed only for night. Ideal for summer nights but usable in spring and autumn. It is unisex but in my opinion it leans more towards the masculine side; I recommend trying it first if you are a woman because it may seem too masculine for you. Both Sunset Cafe and this lean towards the masculine side. Performance is very good exceeding 10 hours these hot days. I do not find it very projecting but there are bursts all the time and my partner noticed it well after hours. I would place it between La Isla Blanca and Sunset Cafe. Conclusion: I have liked it very much it performs well smells great is easy to like and if you like this tropical pineapple colada scent with a twist I recommend trying it.

  • So keen to try it! As a fan of the Ibiza line, I already have two at home, Sunset Cafe and La Isla Blanca, and I hope to try a decant next week and update with a review. EDIT: I’ve been wearing a vial for several days and now I’ll give my opinion. I admit I loved the scent; it’s exactly as defined, a juicy tropical piña colada with green and vanilla touches, very tasty and pleasant for those who smell it, perhaps alongside Sunset Cafe, the most ‘easy’ to wear. I see it mainly as informal and evening wear; it’s designed for a good night out but has elegant touches that make it versatile and usable in more situations like dates or an evening stroll, which I liked; the scent isn’t just boxed in to night and party. As for climates, I see it as ideal for summer nights but perfectly usable in spring and autumn. It’s unisex, but in my opinion it leans more towards the masculine side; I recommend trying it first if you’re a woman because it might seem too masculine for you. Both Sunset Cafe and this one lean more towards the masculine side. Performance is very good; it has lasted me over 10 hours these hot days; I don’t find it very projecting, but there are bursts all the time, and my partner said she noticed it very well after hours; I’d put it between La Isla Blanca and Sunset Cafe, not bad in this sense, it meets expectations. Conclusion, I liked it a lot, it performs very well and smells great, easy to like, and if you like this type of tropical piña colada scent with a twist, I recommend trying it.

This is very similar to Sans Merci from Givenchy’s Private Collection. It smells to me like grape with burnt rubber.

  • Super rich opening like a fruity shower gel with heliotrope. A very luxurious fragrance with an acidic sweet and fresh pineapple which tends to lean towards the feminine side although I wear it and enjoy it immensely.

Something I would never have bought blind based on its notes but thanks to a friend I discovered it and it is a gem. I start with the salt which is felt from the opening to the deep dry-down and balances the juicy sweetness very well; without it it would be cloying. It gives the idea of having coconut cream to prepare a piña colada; it smells exactly like that but without alcohol. I am sensitive to patchouli and here it is subtle and balanced giving body and the jasmine is fleshy. It avoids the impression of having spilled a drink over yourself. It lasts a very long time suitable for a hot summer day reaching into the night. It projects quite a bit. If I look for the negative I would say that at times it minimally reminds me of Cedrat Boise and in the deep dry-down of beach lotions with a coconut-vanilla aroma. The oakmoss at the eighth hour reminded me a bit of H24 EDP. What I love most is how the salt expresses itself; it is delicious.

Something I would never have bought blind based on its notes, but thanks to a friend it’s a total gem. The salt is noticeable from the start until the drydown and balances the juicy sweetness, avoiding it being cloying like the EdenRoc. It smells like coconut cream for a piña colada, without alcohol. The patchouli is subtle and balanced, giving it body, and the fleshy jasmine prevents it from smelling like you’ve spilled a drink on yourself. It lasts a long time, ideal for sunny summer days until night, and projects quite a bit. The only thing, at times it reminds me minimally of Cedrat Boise and in the deep drydown to beach lotions with a coconut-vanilla scent. The oakmoss at the eighth hour reminded me a bit of H24 EDP. What I love most is how the salt expresses itself; it’s muuuy delicious.

As always Ramón Monegal does not disappoint; literally a piña colada in perfume but with quality and excellent performance. Recommended for spring/summer day or night totally unisex.

  • Ramon Monegal as always, in his line and standing out for the better. Opening and first evolution beastly to piña colada, it literally smells like a big drink with a touch of sea salt. As the alcohol fades, it’s accompanied by a soft mentholated scent, nothing aggressive like in Torino21, but musky and balanced, leaving the juicy, sweet pineapple with just the right acidic touch. The mint and acidic lemon fade away, leaving the soft, fleshy pineapple with a musky touch. The vanilla is there but the pineapple covers it, seeming like a Malibu with pineapple due to that sweetness. Like this until the end. Duration on skin with heat doesn’t reach 7 hours, but on clothes it lasts over 10. The heat affects it, so I recommend applying it well on clothes, ideal with a Hawaiian-style linen camisole. Unisex 100%, it doesn’t understand genders, goes with everyone and for any time, though better at night. Imagine a cocktail party with colourful drinks at a beach bar with a sea breeze. That’s #allnightlong.

  • Ramón Monegal as always in his line excelling. The opening and first evolution are beastly piña colada. It literally smells like a large drink with a hint of sea salt. Once the alcohol evaporates a soft menthol note emerges nothing as aggressive as in Torino 21; here it is musky and balanced making the pineapple juicy sweet and with just the right amount of acidity. This fades with time: the mint and acidic lemon disappear leaving the pineapple in its soft fleshy juice with a musky touch. The vanilla is there but you have to imagine it; I think the pineapple covers it up resembling a Malibu with pineapple thanks to that sweetness. This lasts until the end. Longevity: on skin in the heat it lasts over 7 hours but on clothes it lasts over 10. The heat affects it so I highly recommend applying it to clothes. It goes wonderfully with a Hawaiian linen camisole. 100% unisex it understands no gender suits everyone and any time though better at night. Imagine a colourful cocktail at a beach bar with a sea breeze. That is #allnightlong.

A handcrafted piña colada. At least at first it smells like sipping one at a beach club in Cala Bassa. Then it evolves with rich patchouli floral notes and a salty touch that makes it a delight when dry. Initially not my style but the dry-down is spectacular. The entire Ibiza collection is very summery and playful.

  • I never write reviews but this perfume forced me to. What strikes me most is that it feels familiar like sunscreen yet remains unique. It is a rounded easy-to-understand scent without being boring. It transports you on holiday which is why I don’t see it as highly versatile: impossible with long sleeves only for parties the beach and nights. It lasts projects and delights; it is a hit. For me the best interpretation of an Ibiza night. Bravo!

  • What a good one! It held up brilliantly in the heat and the longevity is exceptional especially on clothes—it lasts forever. A delicious fresh yet mature pineapple fragrance. Perfect for the beach but also for summer afternoons or evenings.

  • My first encounter with Ramón Monegal was striking. Upon reading the pineapple note I imagined a gourmand or a sweet fruity-chypre but #allnightlong surprises from the very first spray. The heart is an absolute verdancy: not ripe fruit but green raw pineapple smelling of leaves and chlorophyll just as when you pull the crown off at the greengrocer’s. It is fresh sharp and original stripping the pineapple of its sugar. As it settles subtle floral nuances of jasmine and heliotrope emerge with a powdery texture like night dew. The earthy base perhaps clean patchouli provides that dark elegant contrast that justifies its name. It is a dual fragrance perfect for a fresh day or a special night elegant and mysterious. Ideal for those who want fruity notes without the sweetness. Constant trail and long-lasting it keeps its promise.
