Vintage perfumes are unbeatable in quality, density and composition. Perfection has a name: Antilope. A floral, green and spiced blend, resinous with a delicious leather note. Such perfumes no longer exist. A beautiful leather chypre, rounded with classic aldehydes. I can imagine the atmosphere of the 80s/90s discotheques: humidity, glasses with alcohol residue, extinguished cigarettes, old wood and worn leather sofas with mixed scents. Places of transgression and secrets, where restrained lives change in the dark. She, around forty, bathes in Antilope before entering that dim club with friends. The music makes her vibrate, sensual and dazed. A few drinks, time to let go and look with desire. She spots her prey, a child in comparison, much younger. Kissing him with passion, she drags him to the tiled bathrooms, regardless of who might be there, slams him against the wall and wild, casual sex ensues. Tomorrow no one will remember anything, only a mossy, powdery halo… I fall in love with these wonderful old creations time and again.
