Of the samples I was gifted, the aquatic and aquatic woody scents caught my eye. At first, it opens with sea water, rosemary and rose. By six hours, I detect grapefruit, ginger and Amalfi lemon. At ten hours, there’s ambergris, musk and perhaps a very subtle hint of oud. After twelve hours, the ambergris remains. This aquatic woody fragrance lasted over twelve hours, but by the end it was almost skin-scent. I noticed little woody presence, so for me it would work better as an aquatic aroma. Moderate sillage, ideal for spring and summer.
