At the top, ginger, black pepper and may chang set the tone. Citrus brightness meets fresh spice, crisp rather than fiery.
The heart of vetiver and fir brings a drier register. Green, resinous and lightly smoky, it recalls needles and bark and lends structure.
The drydown centres on labdanum, leather and tonka bean. The labdanum gives amber depth, the leather an animalic edge, the tonka a vanilla-toned softness.
