  The opening is metallic, sharp and super citrusy, with plenty of salt and a nautical air – it’s the best part! However, after 20–30 minutes it becomes super artificial, like that generic, cheap summer scent we’ve always had.

  Impressions: fresh, clean, casual, youthful and easy to wear; you can use it liberally without bothering anyone, though you feel good in it too. Reminded me of Aqua di Gio Essenza. Performance: projects softly for nearly two hours, then fades and disappears by 6–7 hours. Scent: initially aromatic, herbal and aquatic green notes, then a floral and sweet detail emerges in the dry-down. Usage: ideal for daytime and heat, casual and everyday.

  Sensations: fresh, clean, casual, jovial, easy to wear, and you can overuse it without annoying anyone, but you feel good in it. It reminded me of Aqua di Giò Essenza. Performance: moderate projection, soft for almost two hours, then fades and disappears by six or seven. Scent: initially aromatic, herbal and green aquatic, then in the dry down, you notice the floral, sweet and citrusy detail. Usage: better suited for daytime and heat, casual, everyday wear.

  No one can explain why people say it smells like Silver Mountain Water; it’s totally different. Everyone smells differently, but for me, there’s nothing connecting them. It’s a version of Chrome, more intense and less citrusy, though equally rich.

  Easy-to-wear fragrances that everyone will like: sparkling citrus (especially at the start), fresh, with aquatic and woody base notes. A classic combination that never fails because smelling clean is universally appealing. In my opinion, it resembles a Montblanc Starwalker or a Versace Eau Fraîche (it’s not a clone, but it plays in that lane). As for longevity and projection, being citrus-based, it doesn’t have the best staying power: 3–6 hours depending on the weather. However, it leaves a notable trail for the first hour, then recedes and releases timid bursts occasionally. It doesn’t stand out here, but compared to other fresh scents at this price point, it’s average. Recommended? Every man should have a clean fragrance in his collection; this works perfectly for that. It costs around €35–40, a bit pricey, but similar to the Starwalker which hovers around that price, or the Nautica Voyage which can be found for €25–30. If you get the chance to try it, I recommend it to see how it develops.
