The top, heart, and base are sweet and cloying. A fruity, tropical opening like pineapple and mango in vanilla cream, crossed by a red flower. The start reminded me of Black Xcess Pour Homme, but it lasts only a minute. Then fantasy and Vie et Belle, softened by a citrus, likely grapefruit. The best and most sophisticated part is solely the opening, the first half-hour. After that, a heavy sweetness that I didn’t enjoy. It’s feminine, slightly adolescent, and generic; it’s pleasant but smells like cheap perfume, a pity, as the DUO men has a delicious and distinct touch. The good point is its projection and longevity.
I’m going to try it with my spoon as I’ve never sampled it, but both packages are the most horrifying and outrageous things I’ve ever seen. In perfumery, beauty lies in each fragrance reflecting its soul through a fine bottle. Every essence seeks to highlight the consumer, which is why I understand why they call a perfume a work of art. Well said, yet no matter how glorious it smells, I would never buy it in that vibrator shape. My essence is not a vibrator; who were they trying to joke with? It insults me just to look at it. It’s not sexy, mysterious, or inviting; it’s disgusting. The designer seems stuck in adolescence.
The bottle features animal and marine notes. I may have heard that from the wrong source, though…
I’m surprised by the backlash to the shape… the dildos I’ve seen are straight, not curved, haha. Seriously, what era do they have to be from for something phallic to cause such rejection? It’s not that big a deal. I find it ergonomic and would actually be amused to take it on a trip; I’d leave it on the bedside table, hahaha.
I don’t know how it smells, but the packaging and the marketing seduction it brings make me very keen to try it. Poor souls who are scared; in the end, it’s just a bottle.
Looking for info on an Azzaro I own, I found a photo and thought it was a mistake. A Twin pens brand dupe, what a coincidence. It’s not a Chinese shop dupe disguised as perfume, nor vice versa. I wouldn’t buy such a monument to vulgarity even if I were tired of wine. I don’t care if it smells good; the sex shop gadget bottle kills my desire. I’ll never try it for such poor taste.
Hello perfumery shop. Has anyone seen the Rochas Man or Intense? It’s my turn to investigate.
