About Bleeding Heart
Bleeding Heart, a Romantic Floral Gourmand With a Cool Metallic Twist
Bleeding Heart from Parfums Quartana is a 2026 creation by nose Laure Breysse. It sits in the Floral Fruity Gourmand family and is offered for women and men alike.
At its heart is Bulgarian rose alongside strawberry, cocoa and creamy confectionery notes, cut through with a crisp metallic accent.
Up top, metallic notes meet cocoa. The effect is cool and lightly dry, giving a distinctive charge before the flowers open.
The middle features Bulgarian rose (Bulgarian Damask rose), strawberry and peony. Rose brings richness, strawberry a ripe juiciness, peony a delicate, breezy floral quality.
Underneath, white chocolate, caramel, Madagascan vanilla, Amberwood and white musk create a smooth, enveloping base. Sweet, vanilla, caramel and musky tones gather here.
The wear shifts from roses and petals to fruit and gourmand comfort, with hints of cacao and amber lingering.
By Laure Breysse, the blend holds tenderness and edge in balance, so the sugared base never quite veils the bouquet.
It will suit those drawn to unisex rose-and-strawberry gourmands, softened by white chocolate and vanilla yet made sharper and more current by metal.
Bleeding Heart reads as modern gourmand romanticism: Bulgarian rose and peony resting on caramel and musk, brightened by cocoa and metal. A 2026 offering for a refined sweet signature.
