Share what you noticed: opening, drydown, sillage and the moments when it works for you.
It’s an oriental and warm fragrance, very long-lasting with a moderate trail. It reminds me of Shalimar, but in my opinion, it lacks the perfection and beauty of Guerlain. Still, it’s equally pleasant, perhaps a bit lighter. I don’t think they’re comparable; each is perfect in its own range. What I notice most is the balsamic scent, which gives that characteristic warm touch typical of orientals. Once it settles on the skin, the vanilla is barely noticeable. It’s a pleasant fragrance, very long-lasting and affordable (with excellent deals), so when I bought it, I thought it was a good investment, and I still do.
