  My husband gave me this perfume today. The first thing I loved was the cylindrical wooden box; it’s truly smart. I’d recommend them for a little gift. As for the scent, it’s very elegant. At first, there are fruity and spicy notes, but after a few minutes, a delicious and delicate vanilla emerges with a woody base.

  The picture of the pink liquid is just to mislead, as it’s actually amber in colour. I hate it just as much as all the other Banana Republic perfumes I tried before. Based on the name, you’d think it smelled of roses, but it doesn’t; for me, it was an unbearable and very generic scent for the price. The box is lovely, made of wood and very heavy, I think that’s the only thing that gives this fellow any value.

  It’s brilliant, though sometimes it can be a bit much if I overapply as it projects incredibly and doesn’t need that much. It’s brought me so many compliments that it’s definitely a hit. It’s very noticeable from a distance, so I’d advise not to use too much. I save it for winter, as in my opinion it clashes with the heat in summer.
