Cherry Wood by Ajmal is an oriental woody scent for men and women, launched in 2026.
Composed by perfumer Jordi Fernández, it sets vivid orchard fruit against saffron and incense before settling on a plush, woody-leathery foundation.
At the outset, cherry takes the lead alongside raspberry and lychee, lifted by saffron and shaded by incense. The result is bright yet spiced, with just a whisper of smoke.
The centre belongs to frangipani, framed by petalia and creamy notes. The floral character feels tropical and cushioned, easing the fragrance away from pure fruit towards wood.
The base combines Akigalawood, cashmere wood, cashmere, leather and oud wood. It is smooth, dry and resonant, offering amber warmth with a supple leather finish.
In terms of character, expect a woody-fruity balance enriched by oud, blossom, amber and gentle warm spice. Sweet, tropical, leathery and musky nuances lend depth without heaviness.
Worn in the evening or when the air is cool, it unfolds in stages: first sparkling, then floral and milky, finally dark and enveloping.
