At first, it smells like watery Yara due to pure alcohol, but edit: after drying for a while, it feels better. In the end, it smells like Pink Yara. If you already own it, perhaps it’s not worth buying.
It has nothing to do with Yara; it’s much more caramelised, exactly as its name suggests. Sweet and mature, but watch out, it doesn’t last long. Ideal for daily wear.
It is not anything like Yara; there is much more caramel here and it smells exactly as its name suggests: sweet and ripe. The only drawback is that it doesn’t last very long but it’s perfect for everyday wear.
It’s impressively similar to Lattafa’s Yara. I went to the shop, tried it, and thought: it smells delicious, enveloping, but it smells like a perfume I already own. Once it dried down, I realised it was that one. It smells very much like Yara but with a warmer touch; Yara smells like a good girl, this doesn’t, it smells like Yara but as if it were a sexier, warmer, more ‘bad girl’ version. It lasts a long time on my skin and I really liked it.
It makes me doubt those who compare it to Pink Yara without having tried it. This has its own personality and is totally gourmand and chocolatey. To me, it’s like a summer scent with a super delicious bronzer… I fall in love when I smell it. Of the three in the line, this is the one I bought and I recommend owning it even if you have the Yara. Form your own conclusions and leave those who only know how to say ‘clone, clone, clone’ alone.
Of the three cocoa scents from Zara, I chose this one. It smells like a hazelnut bonbon, absolutely delicious. I’ve read comparisons with Arabic perfumes but haven’t tried them to form an opinion. What I can say is that I’ve never encountered this scent in another fragrance; I fell in love with it, but be careful because being so sweet it can get tiring. I wouldn’t recommend it for very hot weather, although it’s not one that will make you run away two kilometres if you wear it in summer either.
Of the three Cacao scents from Zara I kept this one. It smells like a hazelnut bonbon absolutely delicious. I’ve read many comments comparing it to an Arabic perfume but I can’t comment as I haven’t tried it on my skin yet. What I will say is that I’ve never encountered this scent in any other fragrance; I fell head over heels for it. However be careful because it’s so sweet it can slightly fatigue the nose and become a bit heavy. I wouldn’t recommend it for very hot weather although it’s not one that knocks anyone out within a 2km radius even if you wear it in summer.
I’ve been crossing paths with a girl who smells incredible from a distance and all day long. Today I asked what she was wearing and it’s this. I’m not sure if she re-applies or sprays the whole bottle, but it’s the most impressive fragrance I’ve smelled in months in terms of longevity and projection, and on top of that, it drives me wild. I’m buying one today.
I’ve been running into a lady for days who smells absolutely divine from a distance and all day long. Today I asked her what she was wearing and she told me it’s this. I don’t know if she re-applies it or uses the whole bottle but it is the most incredible fragrance I’ve smelled in months in terms of longevity and projection plus it drives me wild. I’m buying a bottle today.
On my dry skin, it smells almost identical to Lattafa’s Yara, but with a slightly warmer touch.
I’ve just started wearing it and I absolutely love it; it was a blind buy and a total success. Despite being called ‘Sunset’, I think it suits winter or autumn better – I wouldn’t wear it in summer except in the evening. Now that it’s cold here, it suits me perfectly. I recommend it if you enjoy honeyed, warm, and enveloping scents. For €20, the value for money is off the charts. A new treasure for my collection.
I’m trying it out for the first time and I’ve loved it. It was a blind purchase and a success that doesn’t disappoint. Although it’s called ‘Sunset’ I think it suits winter or autumn much better; I wouldn’t wear it in summer except perhaps in the evening. Now that it’s winter here it suits me perfectly. I recommend it if you enjoy honeyed warm and enveloping scents. By the way being a 20 euro fragrance the quality-to-price ratio is off the charts. A new beauty for my collection!
It dries down well and delivers on its promise; in fact, it sticks to your clothes and reminds you of it all day. It wasn’t quite what I expected, but it doesn’t disgust me, so it’s worth trying blind.
