  I tried it at B&BW a year ago and initially the coffee note didn’t convince me, but a friend recommended it and it turned out to be a hit. It’s no longer in stock, so I picked it up on eBay. On my skin, the first thing I smell is whisky; the coffee is very subtle and only appears once the alcohol has faded. Then the woody, spicy notes and that vanilla I love so much take over. It’s different from the lotion, but brilliant for autumn afternoons. If you’re looking for a perfume that literally smells like coffee, this isn’t your option, but it’s a pleasant, sweet scent. I give it 7.5/10 because I expected more coffee.

  I bought this for my boyfriend; it’s absolutely delicious and very good. Of course, it smells of coffee, but I’m not sure how it translates to whisky. It has woody notes and is truly rich. Don’t hesitate to buy it.

  I tried it for the first time yesterday. Although it only lists coffee and whisky, you can detect spicy, woody, and sweet tones. It’s worth the price (I bought it in the US for around £25). What surprised me most is the performance: I applied it at 7:30 pm, and at 11 pm I could still feel bursts of scent; waking up at 6 am, ten hours later, it was still smelling perfect on my hand without pressing my nose to it. The projection is moderate. I don’t compare it with Black Phantom because I don’t have it, but I did compare it with Halloween Man X: it has coffee and whisky, but this one is sweeter, less roasted, and more natural. Halloween is more masculine. Curiously, on blotter it reminded me of Zara’s Ebony Wood for those spicy and woody nuances, although on skin it’s less intense. It’s unisex, but on my skin it feels a bit more masculine. Ideal for cold weather, evening, and night. A blind buy that has exceeded my expectations.

  I was looking for a coffee scent. I found it on offer and loved it. I tried it in summer and it seemed very sweet, but when the weather turned cloudy I tried it again and it’s delicious, smelling like a sweetened latte with a woody touch. I think it’s unisex, suitable for day and night. The trail is soft; I don’t notice it as much as with other perfumes, but by the end of the day if I look for it, it’s still there, so it has good longevity.

The coffee is very subtle; it doesn’t smell roasted but rather like a Starbucks-style drink, prioritising the sweet flavour. I don’t notice the whisky yet, but I recommend it for cold days and close encounters.
