If the B540 really smells the same, it would be my worst disappointment. Although marketed for women, my boyfriend and I agree it smells more masculine; the moss note is extremely prominent throughout the trail. I wouldn’t recommend it as I find it very unpleasant. My boyfriend says it’s similar to a Paco Rabanne fragrance, just with a much heavier trail. The only thing I can highlight is that it has an incredibly strong and long-lasting projection.

Gentle luck and a price that doesn’t hurt. It has that Baccarat DNA but more caramelised, almost smelling of whipped cream. It doesn’t project much and lasts about four hours on skin, but for the price, there’s nowhere to lose.
I tried it in-store and it was delicious. It’s not a beast mode and doesn’t leave much of a trail, but if you’re looking for something sweet and different, you’ll adore it. It starts with perfumed burnt sugar and finishes with amber giving it a special touch. On skin, it lasts around six hours when worn well (tested in heat), with a light trail of about 30-40 minutes, but for the price, it’s excellent. I’m not sure if it smells exactly like the BR540 as I haven’t tried it, but it does remind me of Red Temptation without that medicinal saffron and moss note that I dislike, so if you’re like me, you’ll love it. It’s a fragrance for everyday wear without being intrusive and could be your signature, although it’s quite mass-produced as a clone of the BR540. I will definitely buy it again.
