Like those cheap colognes used to be given away in my teens, hahaha. It didn’t last long, maybe just three hours, but it was undeniably manly and pleasant thanks to that fresh, cool effect on the nose. I wore it to the bank or for errands, as it was the most formal option back in my school days. While its longevity is its flaw, if I had to choose between those cloying metrosexual scents of cinnamon, vanilla and fruit, which are unfortunately still in vogue, and this flat, simple cologne, without hesitation I’d drown in this one, but legitimately for a man.
A popular cologne from the 80s and 90s, in the low-end or very budget range, similar to Lomani or Taxi. Simple, strong scents but with poor longevity, the kind costing $10 or less. They were common among bus drivers, taxi drivers and street vendors. Honestly, I haven’t smelled one since the 90s; it’s a strong mix of several aromas, and I’d say it would struggle to please anyone under 40. I believe it was close to or imitated Drakkar Noir.
